Guys, just get used to the "Also Ran" label because that is what this franchise is...was...and always will be.

Very true, nothing was worse than being 500 and part of the "process" for 10 years. When it's all said and done this season has already exceeded any lofty expectations I had. I expected to win 5-7 games at the most. It's been a fun ride and I feel we're closer to '91 Cowboys than any other playoff runs. I feel this is the start of something good for us for a couple years.

Next year has little to do with this year. If the squads displayed consistent results for 3 years, I might feel differently. I’m thinking this is more of a take advantage of the postseason now, rather than building onto it next season.

Though they are the 4 seed, I think they are the 7th best team in the NFC at the moment.
