As far as Vender Esch goes, I do no think he knows how good he can be yet, especially at using that 6'4" frame to get vertical and clog some passing lanes. Him being that tall as a LB was like Ed Jones as a DL, he's well above the average and that can mean trouble for the QB. If they'd kept record on batted balls, Watt would be chasing Too Tall's record. And Vander Esch has that other advantage of wingspan.

When you consider his route into the NFL from Riggins, ID, I feel he's going to be one of those players that kind of approaches legend status early like Bill Bates did. Those guys don't come along often and I think he's got special written all over him.

Is this the same Bobby Wagner that Dak ran thru during the playoffs?

Cowboys were never taking Wagner regardless of what they said after the fact lol.
They weren't? Then why'd they say it? And what sort of inside info do you have that this comes from?

Cowboys do this all the time. They were going to take Manziel but somehow someway Jerry got talked out of it lol. I just don’t buy it. You can chose to believe I but I just don’t believe anything that comes out of their mouths.

Neither of these guys are as good as Bobby Wagner. Not even close.

And in the end, they may have to choose between Jaylon and LVE. Can't pay everybody.
The evermore urgency to win now. We’ve already wasted 3 years with Dak and Zeke. The clock is ticking.

If we can’t find the Super Bowl in next couple years with the core talent it’s not likely to happen.

Most of the SB teams in Cap era win SB or go early in their careers and then struggle getting back after Cap rips team apart. The Future Is Now. That would be a good thread title !!

I think the real problem is Amari here, not Zeke or Bobby Wagner.

Amari is a huge problem because he has all the leverage. Management will look like fools for giving up a 1st for a year and a half rental, so they have to sign him. On the flip side, Cooper will be a hot commodity if he makes it to the free agent market next year, and he's already banked 20mil, and will bank 14mil more this year. He can and should play the long game, squeezing Jerry for a ridiculous contract.
