I do think he has looked much more like a stern coach this year. No more hand clapping as we sink. Instead he even looks irritated when we are playing well.

Its the same process I used at home with my wife. She wanted me to do the laundry. Well I botched doing the laundry up so bad, that my laundry task was taken away from me and now I just have to wear the clothes and don't have to worry about the laundry.

Jason should get credit for leavin the offense to someone else. That's been huge, he would have lost at least 3 of these last games with his "let Romo figure it out" shotgun offense.
It's telling when your QB says it's nice we make in game adjustments now.

Linehan was not brought in to be a puppet to Garrett, we are running the ball not because of Garrett, we are doing it because someone ELSE was hired to do that. ANd its been paying off, not Garretts been paying off. (might have been paid off)
