Philly doesn't have our number. They have not beaten us with Dak at QB since 2019. But don't sleep on the 49ers. Garapolo is just good enough if you let them run and they will run it till you stop it and their defense is elite when healthy. Maybe even better than ours because their DTs and linebackers are better.. though at least the linebacker part might be about to change with the insertion of this Clark kid..

Wayy too early to write the usual contenders off. And wayyyyy too early to proclaim us a serious contender. We usually go out in 1st playoff games with similar talent on the roster.

Weak on run D and WR are Achilles heels.

I was about to say the same thing. I don't even think it's top 20. And lets see what happens in the playoffs because I've seen other good Cowboy teams this century exit the playoffs early. You want to be great then do something in the playoffs. Get us to a championship game.

People need to tap the brakes on the defense right now. Are they better than past defenses? Sure. Are they great enough to carry for an entire playoff run? I doubt it. We just gave up 29 to a Fields led Bears team. Not exactly inspiring. DBs outside of Diggs are very suspect. So are the LBs. This unit has a ways to go before they can carry us against playoff teams every week to a deep playoff run.

The NFC is wide open this year. Packers, Bucs, Rams are all bad this year. We will see if any of them even make the playoffs this year. Vikings still have Cousins. He scares no one. In fact, he's lost his last 2 to Dallas when we had backups.

Eagles don't scare you, either. They are 7-0 and good for them. Still not scary at all.

If there was ever a year to make a deep playoff run, it's this year.

Noah Brown was a 7th round pick in 2017....this is his 6th season with the Cowboys. Do not ever post here again...and if you must, have someone install a safety net prior!!!

I know exactly who he is and how he was acquired. They signed him this season as one of their own free agents for a little over a million dollars. They knew what they were doing.
