If Cooper Rush were to outperform Dak in the off-season or preseason should he become the starter? Or if Dak misses the first 4 games and we are undefeated with Rush and the offense is rolling, should Dak get the starting position back? What factor should determine who our starter should be?

If he also outperforms him in practice, yes. We have to stop handing out starting positions and make players earn them. Even the QB position

Truth is you don't know what Rush is, nor does anyone else. Dak on the other hand, limitations have been displayed. Rush might not amount to anything, but he has shown enough for optimism.

No he hasn't. I do know what he is a mac quarterback who looked good against scrubs who are accounts or working at home depot right now. While Dam shows some promise but struggled as the team was in total disarray and still won 9 games.
