That's actually worse than his numbers here. If anything, it just shows he's playing with a better team/defense. If not for their defense getting a turnover late in the game, the outcome probably would have been different.

Lets face it, this guy motions a player into a spot right behind the hole where we are running a play through, figuring he's created a 4 on 3 mismatch at the point of attack!! and we should win!!!

As the entire defense stunts, blitzes, builds a brick wall in the same spot. But hey, it looks good on paper.

Romo was the on-field OC for this melted homemade vanilla scheme, and there was no modification after he left, except simplification.
We should have gone to a more movement-oriented WCO-type scheme, but we evidently lack that expertise.
