It is easy to understand. They don't go out and get pitchers. The pitcher they do have they just trade away for more hitters. Their big move this off season will probably be to bring in another batter. I would not be shocked if they went out and signed Barry Bonds. That is the kind of thing they do.

Exactly my point. The Rangers tend to do things they don't need to to. I am not really expecting them to sign Bonds, but I doubt they go out and get the pitching that they do need.
