The Result of Hiring Moore

You don’t know that to be true. Your sentiments in deference to Moore are made up. The Cowboys need a coach stupid enough to want to be part of the organization. They’ll find one.
Bs. It's known. I can't stand Jerry but again, there's only 32 of these jobs in the world. I wouldn't call a person stupid, maybe they want to steal some of jeds money .

KM isn't a leader of men in anyway. Doesn't command a room . Doesn't demand respect. Hes a decent OC and that's it. Too meek. We need a jolt of energy at the HC position to lead men.
He was a QB. NCAA and NFL.

He was a QB. NCAA and NFL.
So. Means nothing. The guy on ESPN , his name escapes me..he's a commentator, he was a QB for Detroit. He sucked, couldn't lead anyone. The landscape is littered with those guys. What about Mitch trubisky, Mac Jones, and a shiet ton of others. I like the guy. He seems likable in interviews. But can he lead men, lead a team. Inspire? That's what this team needs. For years we had an x factor at HC. That's cowboy football. Let's be bold. Not tepid . Edit, Dan orlosky if I spelled it right. That's the guy .

Which part? Wait. That is only four question marks. You forgot one. Is it this part mentioned below?

After covert video, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones is in damage-control mode (link)

By Vito Stellino | The Florida Times-Union

...Jones, though, hasn't changed much. He once again was caught making some ill-advised comments in a restaurant bar last week.

Jones didn't know his comments were being taped - it's unknown who did the taping - but after a 47-second video of his comments appeared on <site filtered by CowboysZone>, Jones once against found himself in the middle of a controversy.

Jones said in the video that former coach Bill Parcells "isn't worth a [expletive]'' and said he hired him to make a splash and help get his new stadium built...

Is it the part where a GM sticks with a two-consecutive 5-11 regular season head coach for a third season--after dumping a previous 10-6 and 8-8 and wild card appearance head coach after only two seasons?

Is it the part about Jones' stubbornness in relinquishing his GM role when he said:

Jerry Jones Addresses His Role With Cowboys After Disappointing 2024 Season (link)

By Karl Rasmussen | Sports Illustrated

"No. Just no. I bought the team," said Jones when asked about relinquishing the GM title, via Saad Yousuf of The Athletic.

"I think the first thing to come out of my mouth—anybody here was at that press conference? Somebody asked, 'Did you buy this for your kids?' I said, 'Hell no. I bought it for me.' And I didn't buy an investment. I bought an occupation, and I bought something I was going to do. I was 46 (years old). I bought something I was going to do for the rest of my life. That's what I'm doing. So, no. The facts are, since I have to decide where the money is spent, then you might as well cut all of the <expletive> out."

The final part covers his personal opinion of his abilities in running a football team also.

So. Which part? Please. Give me your thoughts.
I wouldn't want to know Coog's thoughts.

Embarrassment would be part of a similar but not same impulse to change head coaches. Bill Parcells was part of Jerry Jones' plan for securing public support in building a new stadium.

He has the stadium he always wanted now. I believe it would be prudent in considering how potentially stubborn Jones can be despite any losing seasons.

Heck. Two straight 5-11 seasons should have been the last nail in Dave Campo's coffin. No improvement shown. Next-to-zero competitiveness demonstrated.

What was left for Jones to prove? Oh yeah. He's a football genius. Campo would get it turned around with oooooone more year.
Campo just didn't listen well enough.

I don't mean this to sound cruel, but naming Moore as HC pretty much ensures Jerry Jones ends his time as a 30 plus year (football) loser, much like his good friend Al Davis.

Started out gangbusters, adding excitement and innovation to the football world. Went out ridiculed, a vain and small man.

So was Ryan Leaf. I wonder if he could make for a good coach...
JaMarcus Russell too. Should Quincy Carter be a NFL head coach as well?

It's a ridiculous and lazy argument. Not every NCAA and NFL quarterback is a cerebral coach in the making.

Also, Kellen Moore has a whopping 104 NFL pass attempts. Calling him a "NFL Quarterback" is a bit generous.

Hiring Moore will confirm that we're in the Dave Campo part of the cycle. 3 years of embarrassment will force Jerry to hire a respectable coach. He will run them out of town after 3-4 years of meddling and we will start the cycle all over again.
Hiring Kellen Moore will probably drive me away from watching this team. I will be done. Hiring him will be a huge mistake and only affirm that his organization is a joke and will never win anything.

So. It does mean something .

he was a QB.

might want to Google his NCAA record.

It’s already a joke.

Fans on here calling for PrimeTime or Witten.

thats the joke.

Disagree, I think he LOOKS good because he has a MASSIVE weapon in barkely and an O-line that me and you could run through or pass!! 2 really good WR's
yep. 28th in passing. Eagles basically forced him to use Barkley. we know he doesn’t like to run…

plus his offense ALWAYS came up short in the big playoff games. except vs TB.
