When I think of hard nose coaches of the NFL. Guys like Mike Ditka, Bill Parcells, and Vince Lombardi. Kellen Moore has that " I'm a hardened by life, mean S.O.B. look. Don't yah think? I'm sure the players will be terrified of him like they were of Opie Garrett as Coach.

Jerry wants a young guy that turns into the next great dallas cowboys HC.

I think losing Sean was a key factor.

He wanted the Gingerbot.500 to work out but it did not.

I think he sees some of that with Kellen Moore as he has Coaching in his family and has a head for the Offense. Just not sure about other stuff overall.

Also think he likes the idea of Jason Witten being groomed as well.

This reminds me of his takes on QBs...where he was trying to hit a home run but with a wiffle ball bat. We went with all of those failed baseball QBs. We went with QC. Finally hit on Romo and as much as people hate him, Dak in the fourth.

I think he likes the idea of buying low and watching his investment pay off down the road.

Not saying that is a smart plan...I just think that is one of the hamsters running on the rusty wheel of his mind.

I think the plan was Zimmer takeover and Moore in a few years like Wade Phillips/ Garrett.... I don't want either Both are stooges for Jerry.

Hiring Moore will confirm that we're in the Dave Campo part of the cycle. 3 years of embarrassment will force Jerry to hire a respectable coach. He will run them out of town after 3-4 years of meddling and we will start the cycle all over again.

Jerry is 82 now. In 4 years I don't think he will be doing much for Dallas, if anything. I firmly believe Jerry is already showing signs of mental decline. This will accelerate. In 4 years Jerry will not be able to hold a thought, and those around him, if he is still alive, might pretend everything is okay, but they will yes him and do what they want to do, then tell Jerry it was his idea. He won't know the difference.

I think the next 2 years are going to be total chaos in Dallas. Jerry will be strong enough to fight off any challenges to his authority, but also not rational enough to run the team effectively. I think we need to think longer term for Dallas as Jerry does an Al Davis impersonation.

I am so tired of Jerry killing this team with his poor decisions.

Moore will eventually give way to Witten who will eventually pass the baton to Schoonmaker.

Exactly how many titles that brings in is up for debate.
