Nah I don't think they get past the Packers or Patriots. Romo wasn't ready for the Patriots as was evident in the prime time game between them earlier in that year. My wife is a patriots fan, so that wasn't a good day lol
If Romo plays like he did in the regular season to me that’s enough to get past the Giants. It’s a blur now I just remember the Giants not playing all that well but playing good enough to get to the SB. Their defensive line is was very good but Eli made some big timely throws.

2010 thru 2014 the cowboys were stacked. 7 hof level players. 5 on offense. We could not even get to a title game. Truth is that team should have won at least two super bowls. When you look at the SB era every team with at least four hof level players have won super bowls. So what happen to the salad years. They just wilted away.
Romo couldn't get the offense over the hump in post season. wasted 2010 with having #1 seed. couldn't muster more than 17 points.

Let's hear the excuses for that Vikings playoff loss that no one likes to talk about. Only good thing that came from that game is the defense put a hurting on Favre.

You blamed Cowboys failure all on Romo, that;s why.
Go back and read the damn post. Jesus. I verbatim said he wasn't good enough to compensate for this teams issues. Why do you have issues with certain posts is it emotion or comprehension skills? I'm genuinely asking.

Defense led by D-Ware, young Demarcus Lawrence, Anthony Spencer, Tyrone Crawford and linebacker studs in Sean Lee, Rolando McClain, Anthony Hitchens, Justin Durant, Bruce Carter, DBs Brandon Carr, Barry Church, Orlando Scandrick, Morris Claiborne, Jeff Heath, JJ Wilcox, Kicker Dan Bailer, Punter Chris Jones, etc..
This list of defensive players is your case for why we should have won? That list is full of nothing but JAGs, injury prone "stars", head cases and special teamers. Even D Ware was typically a no show it mattered most. Horrible players. Horrible defenses.

If that's a list of JAGS then maybe Romo needed an All Pro team around him? Funny how those "JAGS" went on to have success elsewhere. Ware got his ring. Claiborne got his ring. Hitchens got his. All started for championship teams but on a Romo led team they were "JAGS".
