2010 thru 2014 the cowboys were stacked. 7 hof level players. 5 on offense. We could not even get to a title game. Truth is that team should have won at least two super bowls. When you look at the SB era every team with at least four hof level players have won super bowls. So what happen to the salad years. They just wilted away.
Like most years coach Jerry Jones meddling and eroding accountability.

At the end of the day Romo never got the job but a loser JAG like Hatcher that got laid out and never accomplished anything only has respect for his own bank account. He was a pathetic POS who only contributed to losing.

No leadership at Head Coach, and no leadership at QB. The same problem since March 29, 1994.

The leader of a football team cannot be the Owner, GM, and Defacto Head Coach and all the same person. If you have this, You develop as Jimmy Johnson described it as a "Country Club" instead of a football team. The Owner, GM, and Defacto Head Coach who are the same person are buddies with the players and just puts on the field a coach of offense and a coach of defense, with Jerry as the team leader. No body is accountable, responsible, with authority and power. That is why Tom Landry won, Jimmy Johnson won, and the limited time with Bill Parcells won. Do you really think you would have seen Tony Romo and Jason Witten (so called team leaders) in Cabo, Mexico week before a playoff game with Landry, Johnson or Parcells at Head Coach?

"... The No. 1 motivator (in the NFL) is fear. Fear of maybe letting down your teammates or being embarrassed or chastised or fear of losing your job. Where is the fear in Dallas? There is no fear in Dallas. It's a country club where everybody is buddies." Jimmy Johnson, 2012.

Romo never delivered that big time game. We needed a guy to compensate for our deficiencies and we didn’t have it.
Seriously? You want to put that on Romo? He basically was the team. Look at our record during those years with him hurt. The issue was coaching and the lack of a defense (except 2007 where you can look directly at Patrick Crayton).

I said Romo wasn’t good enough to overcome our deficiencies…..so you think he was good enough? Why didn’t he do it?

Romo got hurt in 2016….and they won 14 games…what does that prove?

"disagree"....lol....strange AND funny!

You couldn't give ROmo credit for a game played with a broken rib....a rally against our nemesis...like Dak...can't do. YET!
Dak hasn't beaten a nemesis or rival? interesting.

And I give Romo credit for that 49ers game. Beautiful pass to Holley and play. I just don't know how that showed "leadership" lol.

We had a GOOD but not great or even really good QB in Romo that couldn't take advantage of the talent around him, and was good enough to put up stats and win a good amount of regular season games but then in Playoff time when the elite QBs took their game up another notch, he just always came up small and was never clutch when it mattered most...thus wasting a solid decade of what SHOULD have been a wildly successful Era of our history.

BOY AM I GLAD THOSE DAYS ARE OVER !!!!!!

Wait....what?
