Keep dreaming. Dwell on your anger all you want. Michael Irvin and Ryan Clark know what they are talking about concerning Dak because they have been there and done that.
So has Nate Newton and he has just as many rings as Irvin....and he thinks Dak won't get it done. You can pull all the "experts" you want, but we saw what Dak is last night on national TV. Twice now he's choked when it mattered most. Yes, the team lost, but unlike last time, he was the primary reason this time.

Dak cost us our chance and chances don't come that often. He's a choker. He's done. Watch and see. What they say isn't proof of anything. His play is the proof.

I still think people are dreaming that Peyton isn't a better option at this point. First off the notion that he had similar records to McCarthy, ok. But he was also victim to the worst non call in nfl playoff history or he may have gone to a second super bowl. He was also victim to the miracle Stephon diggs play. Both kind of freak plays that had nothing to do with anything.

Peyton to me is a guy jerry respects. He's a guy the league respects. Hands down. Jerry would actually get out of the way for him.

Peyton is a qb guru, who got the most of out Jameis Winston his last year.

Peyton knows how to run an offense.

Its about maximizing your talent to get you where you need to go. If Sean Peyton can address some of this teams offensive deficiencies even a little, we could be playing in the NFC title game.

By the way if jerry lets Quinn just leave, its going to tell you all you need to know. this is MM's team, then it'll be Kellen Moores. He's gonna go the same route he did with garret and fail miserably again.

Yes, Dak choked on a few plays last night. That is true, but he hasn't been a habitual choker like the previous franchise QB who choked back-to-back-to-back season enders with win-and-you're-in final games on the line, or go to Cabo during the playoffs, or go Hollywood barely after your first year starting, etc. There is still hope for Dak if he gets some better weapons around him, along with a healthy Oline, better coaching and better playcalling. The book hasn't entirely closed on Dak yet.

We're not discussing Romo. His time has come and gone. Bringing him up is dumb because we're not comparing them. We're talking about Dak...and his choking two seasons in a row which has nothing to do with Romo.

The O-line did phenomenal in protecting Dak last night. Receivers were open but he was laser focused on CD and Schultz....to the point that the 49ers knew who he'd throw it to. He can't read the field fast enough and misses wide open guys. When he DOES see someone open, he throws it behind them almost every single time. He will continue to look great in games in the regular season against chumps and continue to look lost and confused against anyone with a remotely decent defense. That's who he has been since 2017 and who he will continue to be.

I'm done supporting him. I'm done defending him. He's not getting us anywhere but failure when it matters most. The defense held a high scoring offense to 19 (13 were it not for Dak.) Then he couldn't stay on the field and exhausted our defense so they were too tired to make plays. Get him all the help you want, at some point HE has to perform. He didn't. He failed. He'll continue to fail when it matters. Romo has nothing to do with that. Nice try at deflection though. Dak fails on his own.

Too bad some football scouts who breakdown film for a living disagree...

It's useless to try to explain facts to the select few. The moronic comments you must ignore.

Payton accomplished less with more than most any coach out there. He was a failure.

No offense to you, but you are friends with idiots who don't understand football. The defense held a prolific offense to 13 (19 because of Dak's incompetence). That's playoff level performance. That's championship level performance. The only reason they choked toward the end is because Dak brilliantly kept our defense on the field. He exhausted them with his choking. They had nothing left to give. Diggs is the only defender that really choked.
Exactly what I try explaining to them. Fantasy football has created a different kind of fan. They love stats

Is something brewing??? Per 105.3 The Fan, Jerry has cancelled his normally scheduled show for tomorrow...this is after Stephen cancelled his show that was supposed to be today.

Update: Sorry....I meant to say radio shows, but cannot change the threads title.
Jerry is crying in his pillow…had to cancel…lol

They knew they wouldn't have a chance of walking away from an onslaught of criticism that would likely prove embarrassing.

The problem if Sean Peyton becomes our next hc is the same problem with the previous head coaches - Jerry has the final say and Jerry hires some of the staff for the so-called hc.

Peyton in Dallas will not be the same hc that he was in New Orleans. As the Saints coach he had the power to hire/fire. In Dallas he will be Jerry’s latest line of whipping boys who is required to turn in their balls to Jerry at contract signing.

Had Booger signed him early at 33M he would only have one year left and we could either eat it or possibly find a trade partner...sigh.
