We played Rodgers early when the Packers were playing awful, especially him. Roethlisberger was coming off an injury and couldn't move, and still lit us up. The second time against Rodgers.....yeah, that didn't go so well.
The whole team benefitted from an easy schedule last year and fortunate timing. They took advantage, which is good.
But this was a HORRIBLE defense last year. Embarassing. Don't kid yourself.
You want to pull any more excuses out of your ***!! You just aren't very smart, but you've proven that many times before.
You are claiming this was good defense last year.
Uh, who's the dumb one?
It was a defense that was Top 5 in points allowed and was middle of the pack in yards given up (around 15th or 16th without looking it up). Again, no one has said it was a great defense. It was, however, a defense you can win with, which is exactly what the team did. Would I like to see it improve? Well, duh. You said it was terrible and you're just wrong. But, you've got your mind made up and the facts don't seem to make a difference. Enjoy you ignorance.
Learn football. Please.
Stop looking at numbers and use your eyes. Watch the games.
Yeah, well, no.Pull your panties out of your crack sweetie and relax! Learn football! LOL! I've forgot more about it than you'll ever know.
I've seen this team in the past overcome similar problems and survive. Why is it a good thing that we have to use the entire backfield instead of just Zeke?
Zeke is more talented than all those guys combined. Losing him is devastating to the team.
There's no reason to feel good about where this team stands going into the season. Weakened our team strength letting Leary go, a plethora of suspended or soon to be suspended players, a laundry list of injuries and missed time, a safe space camp and preseason following the formula that eliminated them in the playoffs, Prescott's still our starting QB, etc.
Some people simply have a different and positive outlook than you. Try it, you'll like it.
