The Solution: Make Jason Garrett the GM

If I bought the shop with no prior mechanical experience and have been reported to the better business bureau too many times to count because I am incompetent at my job, I'm not sure those 25 years mean anything. All it really means is I have the means to do it and haven't died in those 25 years.

You didnt learn anything at all in those 25 years. Stick me anywhere for 25 years and ill learn how to do it. Breaking rocks, counting beans, makings cogs. I got it

20 years ago we were about to win another Super Bowl. Today we're hoping to lose out to get a top 5 pick in the draft.

In between that time is easily the worst era of Cowboys football in it's history.

In competitive sports, even last place know how to play the game. The point is to consistently strive to play the game better than anyone else.

They call those guys "champions".

Do you have the gifts, talent, determination, experience, knowledge, and especially results to demonstrate you can someday be the best rock breaker?

Jerry Jones would have a better chance of finding success as a cog maker than an NFL GM.

Id be one of the best cog makers rock breakers. Maybe not #1 but then again maybe. I definately would not be the worse or a below average rock breaker. Trust me jerry isnt dumb. He savvy bit like all gms, there are hits and misses

And guys like Stephen Jones, Jim Garrett and Larry Lacewell were right there alongside him..

Jim Garrett was telling Jerry Jones, Drew Henson was the next Aikman...

Jerry jones is the only GM in history that would make Jason Garrett the effective OC and really HC of the Cowboys after 2 years as QB coach without proving anything.. If Jim Garrett wasn't that close to Jerry, Jason would still be a position coach..

Remove the advisors around Jerry, we'd be much better..
