Another silly statement. If an autograph broker ratted out on Manziel, it wouldn't effect the autograph broker industry one bit (other than it might make college athletes think twice about signing for cash - but it certainly wouldn't effect the pros). So long as there are people willing to buy autographs, and there are plenty of us who do that, there will be brokers. And so long as there are brokers, there will be people willing to pay athletes to do signings.

As for "probable cause" being applied... the NCAA is a corrupt organization doing everything they can to turn a blind eye to Manziel's obvious transgressions. I am sure CBS is putting an awful lot of pressure on them to do so because the whole country wants to see A&M-Alabama in just 4 short weeks. So yeah, they're not going to talk to the eyewitnesses nor are they going to actually do anything that resembles a real investigation. However, the NCAA's willful ignorance does not mean Manziel is actually innocent. He is guilty and the whole country knows it.

No proof, no guilt. Don't let it eat at you so much. You'll turn into a hater.

Eat at me? Don't be stupid, I hope they continue turning a blind eye to his transgressions because I want to see A&M-Alabama too 4 weeks from today.

Your comment is a pretty pathetic one from a sad sack apologist blind to the entire world. No intelligent person would ever consider things that have been revealed as anything but proof beyond any reasonable doubt. You won't accept anything less than actual video of money changing hands (and something tells me that even then you'd still be an apologist) but meanwhile, intelligent and informed people can put 2 and 2 together without necessarily seeing a video of cash money actually changing hands.

I think this is the NCAA worst nightmare. You have a star athlete, who comes from a rich background, not really giving a crap about the NCAA rules because no matter what he is going to be rich anyways. Plus from what I gather his dad hates the NCAA and has enough money to push a lawsuit and give the NCAA a black eye even if he looses.

The first confirmed authentic photo of Manziel signing for an autograph broker emerges. I'm sure he didn't accept any payment for signing his name thousands of times for an autograph broker though.
