I don't know about the rest of you guys and gals but to me that's a bad call. Does he extend his arms? Yes. Does he alter the DB in any way? From what I saw it looks like he doesn't. Of course Collinsworth acted like he shoved him to the ground. Huge play in the outcome of this game as we end up punting and come away without points on that drive. Maybe I've got the rose colored glasses on? What'd ya'll see?

He put his hands on the guys back and pushed. The DB might have intercepted that ball without it. I have no problem with the call.

I agree he had his hands to his back but I'm not sure about the push. I wish someone would post a vid or gif so I could see it again. I could be completely wrong.

There was no push. He gently laid his hands on the DB's back to feel where he was so as he looked for the ball he could decide if it was catchable or not.

he completely stunted the DBs motion. it's clear as day.
easy, justified OPI call.

One certainty around here is that after a loss fans go into self hating angry at the Cowboys mode and will never say something was a bad call.

People prefer to find a whipping boy they can focus their anger towards and blaming the refs lessens this venom.

You won't get many fans today say it was a bad call.

In my opinion and trying to be as objective as I can I will say it was a weak call. Not saying terrible but just weak. It's a call that most likely shouldn't have been made.

I agree with this. Can the call be defended? Sure. But that amount of contact generally goes uncalled. It looked to me like the DB was barreling backwards into Williams and Williams put his hands out to maintain his position. There is more hand jostling on the majority of downfield pass attempts.

This is why the NFL is becoming almost un watchable.

No sane person would argue that the Cowboys were screwed by the refs last night. There were quite a few calls that were either gifts or flat out blown in favor of Dallas.

They are just a 2-6 team. What one should have expected last year, just late arriving.

For that matter I don't have any problem with Williams pushing off. It was a terrible throw that would have been picked if he didn't do it. Same as Dez last week

This kind of stuff is going on all over the league. I am really starting to lose interest in the NFL.
