The Commanders, who were a dreadful franchise for this entire Century, won in overtime and clinched a playoff spot.
This with a BRAND NEW Head coach and ROOKIE QB.

Meanwhile, in Jerry's World, his toy was once again crushed. This time for the 2nd time this season by those Philadelphia Eagles.
Eagles win by a score of 75-13 in the two games. This was the 1st embarrassment, on the road, followed by many at home.
The Cowboys have won a single home game with ALL their home losses by multiple TDs.

The rumor is Jerry wants to "walk it back" with McCarthy. The joke of a GM is 82 years old and doesn't have the time to start over.
Or in his own words: " Go ALL-IN" with starting from scratch. Jerry enjoy rearranging the deck chairs, selling his pyrite/fools gold and
raking in his yearly #1 Forbes Bowl Award.

Commanders just proved it can be done. No, Commanders have not gotten any further than Dallas this Century, but the future sure looks brighter in Washington DC than Dallas. The Cowboys draft, the past 2 seasons, has been horrible. Who take the blame for that? Will McClay? His is the draft guy, if he isn't then why does Jerry even have this man. Answer: So Jerry can blame someone else. Because it really comes down to Jerry IS THE PROBLEM. And Eagles fans laughed in Jerry's fans and our clown didn't even realize it. All he has the Cowboys have 5 rings.
The man continues to live in the past. So why even try? Again, the Cowboys have done nothing in 30 years BUT continues to win the
#1 franchise, in all of sports, according to Forbes. As Jerry says: It is a business. Players know this and play like it. Sure, they might rise to the occasion once every month, but the players play for MONEY/POPULARITY in Dallas. And it works for them. Screw really winning. Why?
It is a business. The fans are the only one that cares about wins. Winning is 2nd or 3rd to Jerry and the players. Sure, there might be a few that really do put winning #1 but definitely, not the majority. If it was, they would be pissed for ONCE AGAIN, getting their butts kicked. No big deal. Hey Micah---you are up: Get that BIG contract. It is your turn. Ohhhh and let's walk it back for a 3rd straight season because Jerry is 82 years old and time is running out to rack in a few more millions.

The changes Washington had to make were made, and are 100% the reason why their team will win a Super Bowl in the next few years:

1- Savage owner was finally forced to sell the team
2- Find your franchise QB
3- Fina your HC that will attract players and coaches alike

Sadly.....we have/will have none of those covered off in the foreseeable future. Not even 1 of those 3 criteria will be met

What Washington did do is------ turned it around in ONE (1) season. And let's look further. If (if--if--if) Commanders win their wildcard game, will then have as many playoffs wins in one season than Dallas has with McCarthy in 5 years.
I hear you
I personally doubt they win a playoff game but we will see
I’m sure you felt pretty good Dak and Zeke’s rookie years right at this point? Looked like we had turned it around and were about to win some superbowls

Like I said Washington hasn’t done anything yet

You’ve absolutely no idea if the Washington Panderers are going to win a SB or not and until they do you’re just talking outa your arse.

Screw Washington and their loser franchise.

You must work for the front office, or have the inabiliity to see what it takes to build a winning team. I said 3 things are sorely needed here that Washington (and many many others) has done in a small amount of time to give themselves a chance. If you are a fan blinded by the venom the owners are giving us here then you do you. If you are an objective fan of this team for as long as I, and many on here have, then you would clearly see they have taken the steps. Which one are you? I think I already know though

4 turnovers and the best back in football. For Dallas to win that game they would have to have won the turnovers 4 to 0 like the Eagles did.

Not to worry folks Dak in year 10 is going to put it all together because everyone knows that QB's in their tenth year are all about reinventing their game and "figuring it out"

Jerry takes all of the blame. When you don't fill holes in FA, then you can not draft the best player available and have to reach to fill holes.

But in fairness to Washington the needle is trending upwards in comparisons to the disastrous last few years under Snyder.

I'm sure there are a lot of Washington fans who feel a dark cloud has been lifted off of them this past year.

Quinn is not IMO the best HC, but if there is one thing he will do its make Washington locker room and front office a more positive place. Kudos to them for what is turning out to be a good 2024 campaign.

So when Washington losses in the first round, then what? It seemed like a lot of our fans preferred being 7-10 over 12-5, then 1 and done.

I’m not sure where happy with any of it. But what good is winning 12 games and going out the first round. We have definitely over achieved because of Prescott. People don’t like him, but he’s the reason. But he he’s not the same and we’re going to be in trouble for the next three years if we don’t find a quarterback. We have no business winning 12 games with the talent on this team. And Cooper Rush prove that how bad we really are.
