The Three Headed Monster

Hopefully, we will see the three headed monster of Parsons, Lawrence, and Gregory in the Cowboys first meeting this season with Washington.

They could be the catalyst that launches the Cowboys momentum into the playoffs. For the Cowboys to have any hope of playoff success they must dominate in December against the lesser divisional foes. They must beat the Cardinals which would build confidence and may be important to seeding.

How would an offense account for all three players?

Haven't we seen Lawrence play DT on a couple obvious passing downs? How would an O-line defend against a front four pass rush of Parsons, Lawrence, Gallimore, and Gregory? What about a front four of Lawrence, Hill, Gallimore, and Gregory with Parsons blitzing as an OLB?

With the D-line getting much healthier and the starting players returning, I hope we'll see the defense we were supposed to see all season long.

Hopefully we will see Lawrence help to jumpstart this defense against the Saints tomorrow. It will only be the beginning.

Hill is a butthead but he really does have a real quick first step. He can be a factor with our pass rush by making it harder for the QBs to step up in the pocket.

Absolutely and that's because they haven't really seen who the Cowboys are on defense.

They get Lawrence for the Saints and then add three more D-linemen for Washington. Hopefully, they will have Gallimore, Gregory and Hill to add to Lawrence. That was pretty much the expected Cowboy D-line at the beginning of the season, wasn't it?

Add in Parsons at MLB and the safeties the Cowboys have and you built a run defense. They just need to become more cohesive each week leading up to the playoffs.

Imagine Lawrence having tons of success as a pass rusher. No really imagine it... because according to some he's not a good pass rusher.

If we can get Basham and Lawrence to start performing like they're capable of, we could definitely make some noise in the playoffs.

Selling Ravens defense 2000 dreams.....nice but I just don't see those players on the field for us.
2nd factor to consider as the team that scores the most points wins the game......The offense must produce POINTS from Quarters 1 thru 3 for reasons which are obvious.

Law, Gregory, and Gallimore are not just the best players we have at their respective positions— they also will have fresh legs (though it will take 2-3 games for them to get back into game shape)

We are getting healthy at the right time. Will that translate into production? I think our D will improve. Our offense is what I am concerned about… our run game has disappeared and we have been unable to throw teams out of a loaded box and aggressive man coverage.

Would be great to start Dec out with a big win vs NO tonight!

We haven't really seen Gallimore's potential on the field in the same way we have seen the other three but hopefully you will be right.
