My prediction for next weekend sadly: Cowboys 38 : Titans 6

Dallas will look like superbowl contenders against our pathetic offense and defense. Their offense simply has too many weapons (with or without TO) in Terry Glenn, Julius Jones, Jason Witten, Patrick Crayton, Drew Bledsoe and TO. Buit even if TO doesn't play, my friend who loves the Boys says that they will replace him with a rookie by the name of Sam Hurd. Sam Hurd is an amazing reciever already as I watched him in the preseason with so many amazing catches and was the leading reciever for Dallas in all their preseason wins. This guy would be starting for more then half the NFL teams I think.

I don't see us winning until after our bye week but I have a bad gut feeling that Dallas will absolutely embarrass us. I think that they are a very hungry, very talented team that will flex their stuff against our weaknesses with a blowout game.

Anyone else agree?

Oh well, I will never die as a Titans fan. It's sad when you start looking at "next year" after week #3 however.

I'm scoping around this forum and some of them have a higher opinion of the Cowboys than some of us do..

Dallas is probably not the best team to get your first start against. I realize that Dallas' Defense is only ranked 5th; however, in reality, they likely are the best defense in the game at the moment. They have 3 decent shut down corners, they can pressure you with the front 3. Their 2 outside linebackers are actually athletic defensive ends...that means they actually run a 5-2 defense. Their nickle defense might be better than the base defense. Their two safteys are probably the best safety tandem in the league; however most don't know this yet since Pat Watkins is still an unknown....

I am a Vince Young fan, with out question. I would hate to see him up against this defense for his first outing.

Houston would be an ideal start.

I like our safeties but Pat Watkins is gonna have to prove himself before we can call our tandem the best in the divison, let alone league.. I like Hurd as well, btu start on half the teams in the league? Don't think so.

Although humorous, let's not get too cocky here .. all it takes is one bad play, one injury to have our nice little stack of cards come down.

Currently... there is no reason to fear us.

When we learn to beat the teams we are supposed to beat and put away teams when the opportunity is there... THEN and only THEN should we be feared. IMO.
