The Titans Forum Predictions... lol

Although humorous, let's not get too cocky here .. all it takes is one bad play, one injury to have our nice little stack of cards come down.

Not to mention if this was a gaurenteed win, we wouldn't have to play the game and following that line of thinking the colts would be declared SB champions 4 years in a row.

i thought the same thing. this is the type of game the cowboys of the 1990s could take for granted. this cowboys team is NOT there yet. this is the kind of game that can bite you in the butt if you're not careful.

I would love a blowout of Tenn but I'll take a win and a 2-1 record heading into the show down in Philly the following week.

with Kerry Collins @ QB.

yeah but the reason we lost that game was because we couldn't stop Oakland's running game. They kept gashing us right up the gut. That ain't gonna happen this year.

And Yeager, definitely wasn't bashin Memphis. I actually like them. I find it odd though that anyone could live in Tennessee and not be familiar with all-stars on the Univ of Tenn teams. They are so dominant in that state as far as football coverage in the media. Everytime I've been through there, you'd think the only thing in Tennessee is the Volunteers. :D
It's overwhelming. and MAN do I HATE that team! Love it when they get their annual Florida beatdown. :laugh2:

I'm sure Jeff FIsher has researched and knows that Collins has a 10-4 record vs. Dallas... :(

The raiders actually had a good running back in Lamont Jordan, he was a big guy that we couldnt stop. On the other hand, the Titans running backs are both averaging well UNDER 4 ypc(Henry at 2.7 and Brown at 3.3) AND both have yet to break 100 yards rushing this season, TOTAL. The Raiders had Moss, who is a #1 WR. The Titans have all #3 WR. There offensive line is soft, our defense is more improved than it was week 4 of last season, we have Owens and a kicker!!!! Remember Cortez or one of the kickers we had, blew a FG and ultimately led to us losing the game. Guys, our defense is phenominal and we should most definetley be able to contain Givens and Bennett. Newman and Henry are on that!! Ware, Spears, Canty all have a year under there belts and are much improved. That running game Tennessee has is non-existant, there defense isnt that good, and they are playing horribly... We got this yall

That's what makes this so funny. With our mighty record of one win, and that over the lowly Deadskins, we shouldn't be scarying anybody!!!

Funny that you quoted Brian Dawkins. Was this before or after the Giants game?

I'm just saying, don't totally underestimate this team and end up with a meltdown if we lose.
