Just looking ahead a bit. 2010 schedule.
Remember, this is tentative, because the rotation only continues if the NFL wants. 2009 was the last agreed year.

But if it continues here is our schedule (without dates)

Home- Chicago, Detroit, Jacksonville, Tennessee
Away- Green Bay, Minnesota , Houston, Indianapolis
As it stands, if we win the NFC East, we would also have to play Arizona there, and New Orleans at Home.

Maybe we catch Indy in Week 16 when they're 14-0...

I said this yesterday and lots of people jumped down my ***. I still think its a tough schedule but will be for the entire NFC East. 9-7 may win the NFC East next year.

The league is probably going to add two games so the schedule will probably end up being a different formula.

A game against the Colts in Indy would be great for me since I live in Indiana. But I may be done going to 'boys games. Watched them lose 3 times live now.

The Cowboys have done very well in domes since Romo took over, so Minn, Hou, Indy and Ari could turn out to be a blessing. If we play GB in September, that would be nice too.

Only the giants would play the same teams away. Philly and Washington would have those teams at home.

If we go to 18 games I will start losing interest in the NFL it is way to long of a schedule that makes games start counting less 16 is just right

Even if they add 2 teams, I am betting that those would be the same place finishers in the AFC South and the AFC West for next year.

Every year is different and teams change from year to year. Teams even change within the year to a great degree.

Just look at Carolina who stunk up the joint for the first half of the season to turn it around here at the end. Who would have ever though Tenn would have started 0-6 and end up winng the next 7 of 8.

Denver started well to finish poorly

Next year will take care of itself. Granted it would be nice to see Oakland,KC and Seattle on there but yu just never know. KC took us to overtime and Oakland was one of the Eagles 4 losses;)

other than our division opponents the only team listed for away games that doesn't play in a dome is Green Bay. oh and why would we go to GB for the 3rd in a row?

The only place where the home team has an advantage is GB. All of those other places are either domes or a place where the crowd does not factor in. In fact, we may have more fans in Arizona and Houston than the home team does. Minnesota and Indy will be tough games, but not much tougher than playing them in Dallas.

Wow this is quite brutal! But I think we can handle the Dome teams.

Bring it on.

At this point we don't get better by facing SEA, STL, DET, and Cleveland.

We need more games vs the supposed elite teams and beating them in their house if we have to (New Orleans).

What made us great in the 90's is we could take on a SF team with multiple Hall of Famers and beat them in their house.

Then we take on the best of the AFC with multiple Hall of Famers and trounce them 52-17.

Romo likes good weather/domes. My advice to Jerry is on any so-so weather day late in the year, close up the stadium for Romo at home.
