By next year who knows where any of these teams will be.

Also, Tough schedule causes players to take offseason tougher. When Patriots went 16-0 they had to go through AFC North and NFC East. Thats tough... When steelers won last year, they had a very tough schedule at the start of the year.

There were many people who had Carolina, Atlanta, Pittsburgh and Tenessee going deep into the playoffs this year (at the beginning of the season), some Super Bowl bound. A lot can change in a year.

If we play GB in September, that would be nice too.

Very unlikely to happen, unforunately. It seems like they always schedule us to play in GB near the end of the season just to torture us.

If we go to 18 games I will start losing interest in the NFL it is way to long of a schedule that makes games start counting less 16 is just right

I disagree -- as for baseball though, now THAT'S a long season. :laugh2:

Home- Chicago, Detroit, Jacksonville, Tennessee
Away- Green Bay, Minnesota , Houston, Indianapolis
As it stands, if we win the NFC East, we would also have to play Arizona there, and New Orleans at Home.

IMO Dallas matches up very well against the highlighted teams.
Teams with one dominate receiver and running game + TE the Cowboys seem to do very well. They put Newman (maybe Jenkins from here on though) on the receiver like for instance Andre Johnson and Carpenter on the TE. They lock down the run and then when they are forced to pass unleash hell.
It's the teams with mobile QB like Rogers that seem to have success.

Does anyone know if Warner plays again next year? If it's Leinart that will be a much different team. Plus Young could be playing like ****, never know with them. If the Vikings go out early I wouldn't be surprised to see Favre calling it quits. Again.

Just food for thought. :)
