we already have one over the hill, turnover prone, washed up QB...why do we need a 2nd? You trying to corner the market?

proven winner who hasnt won jack in years and even when he did get his team to the postseason, has been HORRIBLE in it...one of the worst postseason QB's in modern history

also we have kenyon coleman and al singleton who could bring back a draft pick, but it is risky to trade singleton to me....

It would be interesting if we got a 4th or 5th for him. We would have

Nobody trades quarterbacks worth a darn.

The only guy I think we would even look at is matt shaub because he has some experience, he has a low salary and he is a big guy at 6"5 and parcells likes big qbs and big players in general.

So looking for a qb to trade for is highly unlikely, I think the only thing we might do is the type of thing we have been doing since parcells came here and that is the late pick for coleman, signing fowler off the rams practice squad or trading a 7th for chris cooper.

I think if they are happy at linebacker there is a chance singleton gets moved for another second day pick. IF that happens we are going to have all kinds of firepower in next years draft to go with an already young team.

Think about it, those extra 7s and maybe an extra 4 or 5 could be used to take a chance on a qb or a lineman that we would not normallly take.

I am a little hesitant to trade singleton though, I think he is a good player and we need a backup over there who can step right in and play.
