The two QBs who have haunted the Dallas Cowboys

GB game was a classic Statscott game. Scored a bunch of points late against prevent defense. It was not really close.

TB openers? Why mention it. Dak is 0-2 against TB. Mighty Dak dropped the hammer for a whopping FG against them to start the season.

Dak has stanked it up the last few weeks. Throwing Ints like it's Jameis Crablegs.

In your heart of hearts do you really believe Dallas is going to win a playoff game this year with this track record?

Again... there was less than 2 minutes in both of these games Dak led a potential game winning drive in.

How was it his fault Brady and Rodgers were able to lead their offenses to wins in such a short amount of time and Dak was on the sidelines???

What other quarterbacks besides Dak get blamed for game winning drives in less than two minutes when they're on the sideline after they led a potential game winning drive. Let's not skip over the questions this time....

Respectfully.

I am praying that we play Tampa. Nothing would make me happier then blowing out Brady… And they are by far the worst team in the playoffs.

Nah... Brady would dink and dunk us all game and Fournette would mysteriously have a career game.

GB hasn't even locked up a playoff berth yet. Detroit is more than capable of beating them on Sunday and keeping them out.

What about always crafty Jeff Driskel? Almost beat us this year with Houston, and 2019 with the Lions.

All of them. Every QB gets blamed for the losses. The only exception are the Dak lovers on this forum who give him all the credit for wins and blame losses on the defense or the wrs or the OL or the coaches. Statscott is basically undefeated on this forum. Ridiculous. If he was so freaking awesome his detractors would be far less. Me included. But he is not. So here we are.

Tom Brady has never lost a game against the Cowboys.

Aaron Rodgers is 5-0 at At&t Stadium.

And we'll be facing one of them, if the Eagles lose Sunday (or if Dallas loses).

But if Dallas breaks the curse, expect a Superbowl run.

:starspin:

Teams have to face good QBs on the way to a deep playoff runs. I hope the Cowboys took a lot from the 2 earlier games against them. Time to break through this drought though amd just get it done. Go Cowboys!

After watching Joshua Dobbs have some success against us behind a backup OL, I’m not sure the Cowboys could beat any QB in the playoffs. The past three games our defense has given up just over 900 passing yards and 7 passing TDs. Plus, we’ve only gotten three sacks in those games. It’s been a long time since I’ve been this uneasy about our defense entering the playoffs. We better hope we get both Hankins and LVE back.

Don't forget......this franchise has done some self-inflicted haunting of it's own self too.

I'm worried about playing against Brady and or Rodgers, but not because of their teams being outright better than us this year. I'm afraid of the blatant favorable officiating they'll no doubt possibly receive. If the Cowboys give the refs and NFL even a smidgen of daylight (ticky-tack stuff), THEY WILL POUNCE. Make no mistake, Roger Goodell and the NFL would prefer if Brady or Rodgers advance against us, depending of course if we play one or the other, or get lucky and play both which means we overcame the officiating and won a playoff game against either.

If league had it completely their way, they'd prefer Brady to win a Superbowl at least every few years or so (Goodell and Co. want to milk Brady for as long as possible), while they're absolutely dying to get another ring in the hands of Aaron Rodgers, since he hasn't won a SB since 2011 (ancient history at this point). Remember, the league can't control when their preferred quarterbacks choke in the postseason by chucking a bunch of interceptions, thus losing their team the game in many instances.

I've seen enough games in sports, and in this case the Dallas Cowboys, to know that rigged officiating and outcomes is a very real thing. We're going to have to play squeaky clean, and even then this team will be walking on eggshells, especially against either Tampa Bay and or Green Bay.

Here's to me hopefully being wrong this year!

Let's get it!

So you're telling me that when Dak and other quarterbacks score with 1 minute left on the clock, and the opponent drives down in 50 seconds for the win... its Dak's fault???

Please explain how that is possible for Dak to stop Rodgers and Brady with 50 seconds to go, and he doesn't play on defense for that last drive or any other time of the game....

Then you said every quarterback gets blamed for their DEFENSE giving up the last drive for a score under a minute???

Link please!!! I have only seen one quarterback get blamed for the defense giving up a game winning score in under a minute or two. So can you please provide a link that shows other quarterbacks who have been blamed for their defenses giving up last drives.

Thanks in advance.

Oh no, another one of these threads.
How many do we need, this is like the 500th fear the TB or GB QB’s thread.

More than the treads blaming Dak while defense gives up game winning drives. The defense cost this team the #1 seed when they choked against GB & Jags.

Not as scared of Rogers as I am the two RB’s. They’ve always been strong. They never used them in the playoffs which is why they have failed

Follow Mike Tysons advice . Be the more physical team hit them in the mouth and ruin their plans . Take the penalty but make it worth it . Our defense needs to watch some old Deacon Jones tape to get prepared .
