Id like to introduce the 7 man OL this year.

Think im joking? Whats more dangerous? Witten and Escobar or williams and dez flanking our 7 OL?

Yes im joking.

Kinda

I do it in Madden.

Ill take OTs and convert them to TEs and us them on run downs. And Ill convert big WRs to TE for passing downs

Why stop at 7. Let's go for 10 OL and 1 RB.

Williams? Did you really just say Williams?

Might as well have Dez out there with wind and air playing #2.

Give me Escobar and Witten if that's the case. At least I know they don't need broken plays and 10 feet of separation to be consistent. They can also catch with their hands.

I'll even take Cole B at number 2.

And here i was thinking my owm post would be the most ridiculous post of my own thread.

I think this is a reason why they traded back up in the 7th to get a blocking TE. The team is looking to at least have 6-7 blockers on the field if the TE makes the team.

Ridiculous, because all you see is a star on his helmet.

I forgot, every cowboy is a legend.

No it is the fact Williams has made some big plays for Dallas including 8 TD catches on the season and 3 more in post season. No one is trying to claim he is as good as Dez but Williams made some big time plays last season for Dallas that helped them win games.

Yeah no doubt, he made plays, I won't take that away from him.

LR was nowhere near as good as Dez but he made plays, and was very consistent. That's all I want at the number 2 position. A guy who can just be consistent, and get open when dez is doubled.

To many times last year, Williams would get taken out the game by one man, he would make one big play some games, and then disappear for long periods of the game.

I know we ran more, but that does jot excuse the times romo would drop back, dez is doubled, and romo would have no where to go with the ball.

I know your not a fan of Williams, myself I felt he did a very good job for Dallas. There are times he is open the ball does not come his way that per Garrett. Like him or not the Cowboys seem to like him quite a bit and will remain the #2 outside WR in Dallas. It is like you go out of your way to slam the guy

It was fun to do on NCAA football where you would get that random O-Lineman that had some skills and convert him to a TE and you would build him up into a 310 lb tight end with decent speed that could really block.

The best is I had a 330 lb DT on a stacked team that had 80 speed as a freshman. Moved him to fullback and he just murdered everything in his path.

I used to hate when I would have a stud in NCAA and cross him over to Madden and have him be like a 67.

Like " Dude, I won two Heisman Trophys and 3 NC's, how am I a 67???"

Or if you would have a scrambling QB that would go to Madden and run for a gazillion yards and be named league MVP...only to be traded the next season.

I did have a tailback in college that was exported to Madden and was drafted by the Cowboys...only to suffer a career ending, paralyzing neck injury in his rookie season.

I would probably go with a two TE set that can block and pass catch. Consider, if you have a two TE set in place that can block and catch passes with our OL, how will defenses be forced to cover Dez? Is there any DB in this league that you feel can cover Dez one on one?

That's why you turn injuries off
