Even if you hate Diego you gotta get pumped for his fights lol.

He just comes out furious yelling YES, YES, YES.

hahahaha man that guy is beyond intense. Beyond it.

So is guida. I just knew that was going to be an epic fight.

Guida found out quick not to stand. Sanchez has really improved his all around game.

LOL!

No offense but I couldn't be happier that you're in mourning. Your boy Nate is quite possibly the most annoying, and stupid, people to ever be allowed to open their mouths for interviews in the UFC. I really think that people instantly lose IQ points every time they listen to him talk for even a minute. I LOVE watching him lose. Love it.

Diego vs. Clay was simply amazing. I loved that fight. That is what fighting is all about. Those guys took it to one another and just put on a heck of a fight.

The UK guys winning both doesn't surprise me. All season long I felt like the crop of Americans they found to do this season were very weak. It was by far the most piss poor group of guys they've ever found to be on this show in its entire history.

Yeah, the talent level on the show is really hit and miss. Since you mentioned that, I was compelled to research.

Guys currently fighting for UFC by season

TUF 1 - Forrest Griffin (Winner), Diego Sanchez (Winner), Stephen Bonnar, Mike Swick, Chris Leben, Josh Koscheck, Kenny Florian, Nate Quarry

TUF 2 - Rashad Evans (Winner), Joe Stevenson (Winner), Keith Jardine, Melvin Guillard, Marcus Davis

TUF 3 - Kendall Grove (Winner), Michael Bisping (Winner), Matt Hamill, Ed Herman

TUF 4 (The Comeback) - Matt Serra (Winner), Chris Lytle, Rich Clementi, Patrick Cote, Pete Sell, Jorge Rivera

TUF 5 - Nate Diaz (Winner), Joe Lauzon, Manny Gamburyan (not in the UFC, but he's employed by Zuffa/UFC in WEC at 145 pounds), Gray Maynard, Cole Miller, Rob Emerson

TUF 6 - Mac Danzig (Winner), George Sotiropoulos, Ben Saunders

Season 1 was ridiculous. 4 and 5 had good retention rates too, but the guys from 4 were veterans getting a second chance. A bit premature to judge 7, 8 and certainly 9.

Travis Lutter from season 4 is the only winner not still signed to the UFC.

I thought this was the weakest group of fighters theyve had on the Ultimate Fighter by a wide margin.

His brother is probably even worse when he opens his mouth but, thankfully, he fights for some other promotion that I don't do anything more than read the results of or look up fights that are of particular interest to me. As you can imagine that leaves his fights out.

Love him or hate him, it's time that you started paying attention to him again. He has been on quite a run in Strikeforce. He just dominated Frank Shamrock and Scott Smith while fighting well out of his natural weight class. I don't like him as a person, but he is developing into a helluva fighter. If the bridges aren't completely burned with Zuffa, I wouldn't be surprised to see him back in the UFC at some point in the future.

I'd love for him to go back to the UFC cause than we can stop hearing about him beating up a washed up fighter in Frank Shamrock and a guy who was 1-3 in the UFC in Scott Smith. Nick would have to fight top competition again and he will lose.

Exactly. He's beating up people who are well past their prime or never had one to begin with and people are making it out like he's some how become good. Just like his brother Nate the moment they made him start fighting tougher fighters he'd lose.

Nate, without any surprise at all, did very well when they had him fighting JAGS. Now his last two fights, after running his mouth about UFC giving him some real competition, has lost when they made him fight top fighters in his weight class.

Nate and Nick are great when they don't have to fight anyone who is worth anything. When they do fight tougher fighters...not so much.

Wow, you don't know much about Nick Diaz do you? Robbie Lawler and Takanori Gomi are not tougher fighters? He destroyed both of them.

Robbie Lawler is good but not a top fighter. Gomi broke Diaz's face and than gassed in 3 minutes(what the hell was that?)

I think Lawler is alright, nothing special, from the handful of fights I've seen from him. I will admit I do not know who Gomi is so I can't speak on what he did to him or how good the guy is.

I'm not trying to be confrontational but it seems like Nick haters go out of their way to discredit him just because they don't like him. I hate Diego with a passion but I still know he is a beast.

Nick is the only person that has ever KOed Lawler. Gomi is one of the best fighters in the world.

Can I ask a question? Are you a newish fan of mma? You know Nick Diaz used to fight in the UFC right? Same with Lawler. Just wondering.

and he has a 6-4 record in the UFC while never beating a top fighter. Nick is good but he's overhyped and overrated since he left the UFC to beat up on mediocre competition in smaller orgs.
