The Cowboys lost a game they should have easily won. It happens. Every year. To a lot of good teams. The 1-15 Cowboys of 1989 beat the 10-6 Washington R e d s k i n s.

So, the urgent matter at hand is the next game against the Vikings.

Yep. But Washington was 4-4 when we beat them. IMO, a bigger shocker was in 1991 when we (7-5) beat an 11-0 team (SB champs that year) in Washington.

Jumbo…you haven’t heard?

After losses we have to cut and fire everyone and after wins we’re going to the Super Bowl.

It does happen, unfortunately it was just really bad timing with the Eagles also losing.

But in 1992 we lost to a very bad (and eventual last place) Rams team at home. in 1993 we got blown out to open the season by a bad Commanders team, then had a horrendous loss at a really bad Atlanta team.

In 1995 we lost not once but twice to a 6-10 Commanders team.

And before any knuckleheads go there- no, I am not saying this is a Super Bowl team like those Dallas teams.

That 1 win vs the Skins knocked them out of playoff contention.
I remember loving that game.

Oh they will come up with something. They always do. They are huddled up now using collective brain cells, they need them. :lmao2:
