It’s gran turismo so it’s pretty familiar and awesome. I’ve spent the last few years playing forza horizon, but I could never get into Motorsport. The number of cars is definitely lacking though
I just went ahead and bought it. Thought I was downloading it last night, but woke up to it saying there wasn't enough room on my hard drive. Had to start it again this morning. So far I've only got to play the 3 music races at the beginning, which, I did enjoy. It has to continue downloading the rest of the 5 million GBs of data, lol, so it may be awhile until I get into the rest of the game.

Lord of the rings online . Man it’s been awhile

Played it religiously in 2008/09, life got in the way and when finally decided to play again it had gone free to play. I still log in every couple years or so, the game has one of the best environments out any MMORPG i have played, and still looks good today. In the end though i always get discouraged because of the cash shop, the landscape PVE being much easier and a UI that just wont work on anything over 1080.

That was a great video! :D

Found this online, the Map is Daggerfall and the little map in the middle of the Ocean is Skyrim  I remember Tood Howard said that Morrowind{i believe} was around less than 1% the size of Daggerfall.

Video game map size comparison video.

That was a fun video! Thanks for sharing. It's funny, I was just chatting the other day with somebody about how big these maps are getting. It still impresses me how they create these giant worlds. I remember when Crew 2 dropped and people were reporting 45-60 minute drive times to get from one side of the map to the other. Just insane!

Wow! That game has 140 levels in it!

Sounds like it really needs a level squish at some point.

Looking at this and i realized there were a LOT of places i still haven't seen.
And it does need a level squish, and as well as another server merge. I believe the last time i was on Arkenstone which is probably the most populated NA server there was 625 people on, and that was during prime time.

With the Rings of Power series coming later in the year, they really should be trying to upgrade the graphics engine they are using, at least for the character models.

I log in to it every so often and the world graphics are okay, but those characters models are just hard to look at.

They are, especially those faces. The character creator is still stuck in 2007.

So I've had some time with Gran Turismo 7, and, I'm loving it. I had Gran Turismo Sport before this, and while I enjoyed it, it felt more casual and I'm glad to see they brought back so many things that made Gran Turismo great in the first place. The licensing, the tuning, the different challenges to unlock vehicles, etc. Also, I am super impressed with the graphics even on the PS4 Pro. They are really good and crisp and the machine seems to keep up with the graphical demands. Really happy with this game.

I will say though, it can be both equally fun and frustrating. Almost threw my PS4 through my back window trying to pass (or get gold trophy) on some of the licensing tests. haha

Oh, forgot to post about my PS4 Pro. They must have done a software update on it. The fan on that console used to kick in quite frequently and it would sound like a jet engine taking off out of my entertainment center. lol It was pretty loud. I've noticed now, playing both Horizon Forbidden West and Gran Turismo 7 (that are both graphically demanding) , that the console has just been humming along fairly quietly. It's a welcoming update.
