I've played games since I was a kid. Now I have 2 kids, married and work close to 60 hours a week. I still find time to play a game. I tell my wife it's my alone time. I dont want to think about the real world. So please leave me alone.

I really do need an xbox one x though I already have the 4k TV so I'm missing out.

Yeah it is definitely tougher as an adult to find time to throw into video games. Luckily I have a wife that understands I enjoy gaming so she gives me my space on it and my only daughter is already out of the house. It all works out.

Definitely upgrade your console if you can find the money if you have a 4K TV. The God of War graphics have been blowing my mind the entire time I have been playing it.

I am currently playing Doom Reserrection of Evil.
I love the Half Life games. Hoping for a Half Life 3 in the near future.
After seeing the new Doom video posted here I will have to upgrade my gaming computer

Check this out, it’s pretty Biadasz. Actually, it’s more just the beginning of the video, the rest is just the game itself. Really cool to see how Kratos voice and motions were created.

Interesting. Didn't realize they had live motion in front of a green screen. Very cool. Thanks for sharing. It really has been a great game, and like I mentioned, the graphics are just amazing for a console. It really makes my PS4 Pro work hard though. That fan kicks on and the console sounds like a jet engine.

I am a hardcore Blizzard gamer. I've been playing the Diablo, Warcraft and Starcraft games for years. I also enjoy Overwatch and Heroes of the Storm. Currently I can't play World of Warcraft because of my location for work but I am an active player (10 years now) and play when I can. I enjoy mostly shooters (CoD, Battlefield, Titanfall, halo, etc.) and RPG's of any kind (Final Fantasy, WoW, Star Wars, Mass Effect, etc.).

The new expansion, Forsaken is one of the best they have had and really improved the game from where it was this last year.

Battlefield is my go to. Finished Far Cry awhile back and recently finished God of War.

I rented Last of Us but have only played 5 minutes or so. Any opinions on this? I want to keep playing but I use Game Fly and can only have two games out at once. With the influx of new games coming out (Assassins Creed, Red Dead, Battlefield) in the next month or two I was thinkg of returning Last of Us and renting it again later if it’s worth it.

Don't rent The Last of Us. You need to buy it. I've played 100's of games and it's easily in my top 5.

Yes, especially if your TV does HDR. It really brings out the details and some colors pop. I love my One X.

Any Call of Duty fans here? Got Black Ops 4 this weekend. I honestly think it is fantastic. Feels pretty balanced. Treyarch knows how to put together good COD games in my opinion. Also, Blackout mode is fun. Lots of people complained about the game not having a campaign but I'm honestly good with it. Sure, they were fun, but it wasn't like that was the side of the game I anticipated playing.

I'm also currently downloading the new Forza Horizon 4. Stoked to check this game out as I've always been a fan of the Forza series.

My buddy and I decided to do the Xbox Game Share option and it is great! I should have done it long ago and I applaud Xbox for allowing it to exist.

Been playing Rise of the Tomb Raider for PC lately, picked it up for 12 bucks on Green Man Gaming. https://www.greenmangaming.com/ which has lots of good sales. Totally free to sign up and the site is 100% legit. Used it many times.

Its a pretty good game but doesn't stand with the original titles 1-4, at least to me.

Yeah the Tomb Raider games seem to be hit or miss. I've played some that weren't bad and some that were meh. I can say I rented Shadow of the Tomb Raider from Redbox and played it briefly over a night. I liked it quite a bit and plan on revisiting the game sometime.

I'm about halfway through Spiderman and it's a great game. Definitely on Batman level game-play wise but wish the side missions weren't so repetitive. I didn't realize Red Dead was so close to coming out; wish I didn't buy Assasins Creed so early!
