Every once in a blue moon, I play a game that is what I call an 'experience.' Game ends and I felt like I just watched and interacted with one hell of a movie. I have a feeling that's what I will be like after playing Expedition 33. Look forward to it. As soon as it drops into one of those flash sales, I will be sure to buy it.

I have always disliked turn-based games as well and I have not played it, but I have heard from other people who also dislike turn-based games that this one was surprisingly enjoyable.

The only semi-turn-based games I ever enjoyed were Baldur's Gate I and II, which were more action games but you could pause combat on demand to adapt and adjust to battles.

From what I have heard about E33 though, the game and story sounds like it is worth trying so I probably will eventually.

Anyone bought the new Anniversary Content or optional Creation Kit for Fallout 4? Worth it or just another money grab? Seems like most of what they offer I got free through the years since they're always handing out free creation content. Had a Fallout itch lately after watching season 2 which puts a lot more of the game into the series, but knowing we won't get another sequel for several years, downloaded Fallout 4 again only to find that the mods now all depend on this Anniversary Edition.

Its looking possible that 2027 could have GTA6, Witcher 4 and Elder Scrolls 6. It would be hard to imagine a bigger year in gaming.

A new Witcher 3 DLC is supposed to come out this year to bridge 3 and 4, so that could point to a Q1 or Q2 2027 release. Would be perfect timing for them, because its puts it in competition with GTA6, without being in direct competition with GTA6. A hotly contested GOTY campaign would be great for both games

TES6 in 2027 is more a possibility than a likelihood. I think Todd Howard said he expects it to release after GTA6. Horizon 3 is likely a 2028 game, given its history or tragic releases(same time as BOTW and Elden Ring) means its will likely release within a week of TES6 (not really, but......really)
