Never could understand why those people would stay out in the open in the woods where the Zombies could hit you from anywhere...at anytime.

Find some cover and protection...I mean sleeping in tents?

I believe the idea is to get out of the cities, but they still have to be relatively close because they need supplies.

But yeah, sleeping in a tent is hilarious. As is hearing something strange outside, calling and getting no response and then just assuming it's someone trying to annoy you so you go storming out.

Have these idiots never seen zombie movies before? :laugh2:

If the dead ever start walking the streets, trust me to shoot first and ask questions later. Also, trust me to never go walking off alone to pee like some kind of moron.

I understand the idea of getting away from the cities but there has to be someplace somewhere where you would have protection...how about a house somewhere...or warehouse or something...anything.

Anywhere but just out in the open...where the woods will keep you from seeing them until they are right upon you.

I love this show! That said wouldn't they just have to lay low a couple of months and wait for the zombies to rot to bones?

Thought it was odd because I think there was a scene where they had tin cans on a string. I took it they were using it as a crude early detection warning system.

Which would have been something they could have strung around the parameter and should have worked.

Of course I could be thinking of some other zombie movie as I watched a couple this weekend. :D

Finally watched this week's episode. More action in Atlanta and a zombie attack on the camp were good additions. Didn't hurt my feelings to see the wife-beater get his *** kicked last week and eaten this week.

I can already see the dead sister coming back as a zombie and the other sister having to kill her.

Going to be interesting to see how the Merle storyline progresses.

Yeah, I was wondering what the deal with that was. She didn't come back after she died and they didn't make sure she wouldn't.

Anyone here still watching this? Interesting turn with the lone guy at the CDC. Not sure how he's the only one left in there. You would think they would have locked that building down as soon as there was a hint of an outbreak.

As dumb as it may sound, I hope there is a protocol for this type of thing.

Still watching but they basically bit the CDC bit from Lost. I'm actually pretty disappointed with the writing, but I've watched every episode so obviously not THAT disappointed... yet.

Still watching. I think it's fantastic. I believe tonight is the season finale, actually. I've heard it's been picked up for a 14-episode season two though.

You are correct. Only 6 episodes in season 1, but full season next year.

Breaking Bad had a short first season but that was because of a strike.

Wonder what the DR whispered to Rick?
His wife is pregnant, I'm sure. But whose baby?

I think the doc whispered that one of the group is infected.

It was something he didn't care about knowing he was going to die in less than a day, but still something to inform them about if they were leaving.

Probably the blonde whose sister died.

Good point...Rick obviously will think it's his...cause as far as he knows he has no reason not too.

But then I'm sure it will get into timing as in hey Rick was in the Hospital at that point.

Could be...but if someone was infected...wouldn't they already be a zombie?

That DR said 8 hours was the longest they had seen from infection to being a zombie.

I know they want you to think that there is something wrong with that blonde girl.
