The way Dak was celebrating after we went up 20-19, you would think it was no time left

Dak's under contract for this year and next. No one is suggesting overpay him lol. The objective is to pay him so next year he doesn't cost 59 million against our cap.
This is what people fail to understand. Extending Dak makes him cheaper long term and allows the Cowboys to make all the moves they need to make.

In general, I’m tired of all the celebrating after every dam play. CD catches a 6 yard pass for a first down and he’s gotta mug for the cameras. It’s beneath him but he doesn’t see it.
CD is a very good player, but he's definitely my least favorite guy on the roster. That stupid celebration after nearly every catch is so symptomatic of the problem with this organization.

For two weeks in a row the defense is worrying me. They can't give up yards and big plays like they have for the past two weeks and expect to go far in the playoffs. The Cowboys took a 4th quarter lead and could not have this highly touted defense that generates all this pressure and turnovers get just one stop. One stop with the game on the line.

But certain fans here have to continue to make it about Dak all the time even when it's not about Dak. If he was the problem today then I would agree with you.

I'm one of those fans that worry about the actual things that are wrong with the Cowboys; not the type of fans with an agenda.
Dak put up 3 points last week until garbage time.

The defense literally had to pitch a shut out last week for us to have won with our 3 whole points Dak got us.

Dak fans blame everything but Dak.

Cowboys fans don't care about your excuses for Dak. We only care that we lost another winnable game.

They just get caught up on those contract numbers. At the end of the day what is his first few years? What's his cap hit? What he makes 5 years from now is irrelevant to me.

Troy lost all 15 games and didn't trade him. 49ers traded Lance fo ra 4th after trading 1 1st round picks for him lol.

What on earth makes you think that if he fails in San Fran he will succeed here? You think our offense is better than Shanahan's?
Some succeed in different systems. Why pay him and never see what he’s capable of?

We know for a fact Dak hasn’t delivered his paycheck.

This is one of the silliest Dak complaints I've ever seen. They just finished a 17 play drive for a TD and you expect them to golf clap?
Dak wasn't directly responsible for the loss today so they have to find something to cling to.

Imagine being a Cowboys fan watching every game hoping your quarterback fails. Unbelievable.

The question is, will he improve dramatically next year, the year after that, and so on? I think not. Then why waste money on him. His ceiling is behind him.
