The Weekly Bench RW11 Thread **MERGE**

Williams is very frustrating. It's not correct to say that he hasn't improved lately, I mean he has scored what 4 TDs in the last 5 games? Hes becoming a real asset when targeted in the endzone and seems pretty reliable there of late.

That isn't bad by any means and the route running and separation seem to be a lot better too..but something just isn't there. Mentally he just doesn't seem to be all the way there and it's just disappointing.

The guy is huge and very fast with a great vertical, but he can't seem to make full use of those attributes most of the time. There is just a ton of wasted potential being left on the table there..

After sleeping on it, I have come to the profoundly deep conclusion that it is what it is, guys. He's too expensive to get benched, and isn't exactly killing to offense at least.

Gosh I still want to punch him in the ****** face every time he grins though.

I really thought he would turn it around this year, but he has really regressed lately anywhere outside of the red zone. Maybe we should start Crayton or Hurd until we reach the twenty.

It's Jerry that has Roy in the line-up. Bank on it. $

Or the fact that Roy has the thinnest skin of anyone on the team, and benching him would destroy his confidence even more, possibly making him useless to us.

It's a touchy situation with Roy since he's so sensitive.

This is what annoys me the most though. He's a grown man and he has to be held accountable at some point. We can't just stroke his ego and keep hoping that he'll get it right the next time.

The more this clown smiles and talks all arrogantly to the media, the more I want to punch him in the mouth.

he shows flashes at times then completely goes back to looking lost on the field

i hate to bash him but its 1.5 season so far.

we could easily replace roys production with sam hurd or ogletree

if he was out for the season he wouldnt even be missed

We'd have one or two more wins if he wasn't starting...and he could cost us dearly now in our seeding or in the playoffs. So how you shrug this off I can't understand.

Right on, the human drive killer
