The whole Cooper Rush thing is put to bed

Rush couldn't have scored 40 against the Eagles or anybody else unless he got help from the Make A Wish foundation.

Rush was barely cracking 100 yards passing in an entire game. Please.....

Past games don't indicate future games. Rush did what he had to do to win.
Rush had an entirely different game plan and he executed it.
And before you say the defense bailed Rush out you better say the defense bailed Dak out to.

So...by your logic Jalen Hurts, Justin Herbert, Josh Allen, Kirk Cousins and Joe Burrow all suck.

Burrow reached the Super Bowl in his 2nd year? Josh Allen made the AFC Championship at least and they've won the division for the 3rd year in a row. The rest are all younger than Dak other than Cousins so try again.

Dak bailed the defense out today. Rush wasn't touching 300 or 400 yards of production against the best defense in the league today like Dak did.

There's a reason Rush is cut damn near annually and brought back to be on practice squads. Rush isn't capable of delivering that type of performance. I do appreciate his contributions to us this year though.

For all of the people calling for Cooper Rush to get back in. That's dead!!! Cooper Rush isn't capable of playing the type of game Dak played today. He's a CAREER BACKUP FOR A REASON!!!

Dak is by far our best quarterback. Is he elite??? Absolutely not. Is he very good??? Absolutely!!! Dak led in a win over the best defense in football ON TOP of having to deal with more damn penalties.

So ladies and gentlemen.... that whole "put Rush back in" crap is put to bed and dead as a door nail.

To my real fans... enjoy the win this week and it's back to business next weekend.

You’ll never win this argument because even when dak delivers and plays brilliantly the morons will just default “but but but super bowl” which is the metric by which greatness is measured but also not the end all be all. That said, you were 100% correct, Dak is better than Rush. I don't know why anyone would feel like that's even worth posting. Not exactly clearing a high bar there. I think Rush just shook Dak's fan club to the core by going 4-1 and showing everyone we can win without Dak.

Dak was totally choking. Had it not been for one lucky throw after two Dak sacks to leave the team 3rd and 30 we would all be miserable today. Defense gets a fumble inside of two minutes and just like in the Jags game Dak can't put the game away. Defense had to snuff out a drive that got to the 20 yard line. Cooper Rush isn't the answer but neither is Dak. He just makes it more exciting until he throws up a dud like the 49ers game last year.

A bigger issue is the fact that we kept, cut, resigned Rush when he can't lead this team to a playoff. Minshew played well this game, we could have signed him .

I am 100% with you...I wanted Minshew when he went on trading block....it cost a 6th....and this year we paid a 6th to get hankins a 2nd rate DT....I was mad when we didn't.....
