I'm halfway through season 4 on DVD. I'll watch season 5 when it comes out on DVD... I don't want to get ahead of myself in plot.

I happened to catch a few minutes on HBO when I was traveling last week and I regret doing it, I saw that Carcetti is Mayor and it kinda ruined the suspense that I had right now watching season 4. No more season 5 for me until I've seen all of season 4!!!!

It is a great show, though. Can't recommend it highly enough.

I never watched it when it first came on but once I did I was addicted. It's one of my favorite shows. Season 5 has started slow but it has started to pickup steam. Tonights episode is very good. I usually watch the new episode Mondays on On Demand.

The last time I clicked on one of these cable series threads someone was touting Dexter. And I instantly became a fanatic. Previous to that the last show I watched was Seinfeld. I just don't know if I can commit myself to another program.

It would have to be pretty damn captivating.

If you jumped in now you wouldn't understand all the characters. It is a show that you'd need to watch it from the beginning to fully understand.

Ok. Talked me out of it..you know there is a new series being promoted on HBO called In Treatment. Someone should screen it for me and let me know if it's worthwhile.

By all means watch it. It's a great show but if you watch to understand the characters rent the other seasons first. It's a great series.

network television is basically the free channels (fox, abc, nbc, cbs, etc)

This is a great show. Its a shame this is going off. The only shows I watch anymore are Entourage, the wire and october road.

Yeah they have the new episode on On Demand every Monday. I can't help myself I have to watch it. :laugh2:
