I have spoken to 2 members of the Cowboys media who both believe that Wade is done in Dallas and that either this week or next he and Jerry will work out some kind of arrangement so that he can step down.

One says next week because he believes Wade will give Jerry another week to get everything in order for a change and other is not sure that it will require much.

Now both said this with out speaking a word to each other about it. Both were in the locker room after the game and said it was a complete mess. Wade was no where to be found, players were real short with other players although no arguments or fights took place, only a few coaches could be seen in the locker room and some players did not even take time to shower before leaving to avoid the media and what ever else they would be facing.

AGAIN, I'M NOT SAYING THIS IS A FOREGONE CONCLUSION AND I'M NOT BREAKING THIS BASED ON INFORMATION I RECEIVED. I'M JUST REPEATING WHAT I WAS TOLD.

I ALSO HAVE NO MORE ON THE SITUATION THEN WHAT I'M PASSING ALONG TO YOU RIGHT NOW

I'd let Wade go too. Give Garrett a chance and see how much worse he can do. Put Romo on IR and call it a season.

Well let's hope this the case. I can only imagine the info you're concealing is pretty bad.

Was one of them JJT? He posted on FB that folks just might get their wish. Didn't follow-up, tho.

read this too on JJT's fan page

Jim Rowell Just heard Norm say that Witten smashed a wall and Ratliff destroyed a locker. Too bad that passion doesn't show on the field or spread to their team mates.

I'd be fine with making Garrett the interim head coach so we can see what we have in him.

I dont see why Jerry would not take any opportunity he has to see how Jason Garrett runs this show and if Wade give ANY hint that he wants out or has given up Jerry needs to take it and run with it.

I actually prefer DeCamillis, but I agree it will be JG.

What more is there for Wade to try to work out? Seriously.

:laugh2: @ players not showering so they could get out of there

yeah, he also posted shortly after I talked to him that
"Wade is contemplating whether to fire wade"

It's the only thing that makes sense. There is no way you can continue this fiasco for 9 more weeks.

Jerry has once again run this franchise right into the ground. You knew it was coming eventually when Parcells left the building and Jerry brought in his old cronies like Campo and Houk.

How do you not? I mean even Captain Sunshine Salesmen Jerry had to be losing his mind watching this mess.

How do you still work every day with a HC for another 9 weeks that has so completely tanked your team without strangling him?

Even if it's not better for the team to switch horses in mid-stream, with the season over, putting Garrett in at least gives us something to talk about as we get lined up for the off-season. And it gives Jerry more data for making a decision when he needs to in Dec/January.

Yeah, that's what he posted on fan page. Didn't even see that post.

I read it on his personal page.

I don't see Wade quitting at all. He'd be giving up a lot of money ... unless Jerry promises him some sort of parting gift.

The only thing that would make me more nauseous than Phillips at HC is Jason Garrett at HC.

His units have underacheived to the point I almost despise the sight of him.

I guarantee you the one reason Jerry hasn't done this already is that he is worried that with a team in the toilet and no Romo that Garrett will lose a bunch of games (duh) and get branded as a poor coach before he gets a "fair chance."

Its all about his pet cats.

I wasn't advocating firing Phillips but this team has obviously quit on him.

And his defense has been figured out as well and he has no answers.

Give the job to Garrett and see what he can do.

If he even makes the team competitive he might keep the job.

That said, things look so bad, you might be doing him a disservice giving him the job and he may not want it.

I think we're stuck riding it out this season and waiting to rejoice when "The Chin Is in!"

And people say that Wade doesn't have any authority.

That;s not what he said.....

He said, you would think that some word out of the locker would be Witten smashed a wall with his helmet, or Ratliff destroyed a locker......turnover a table of Gatorade on the sideline, but you see none of that!
