Where do you think they are going to look for replacements?

May be tough to get scouts as most of the scouts I've heard talk or heard about from the grapevine didn't like working for Parcells all that much. But $$$$ talks in this world, particularly when the economy is like it is. Last I checked Jerry was adamant about keeping the scouts and unless Parcells was going to offer them more money and Jerry wasn't, I don't see them going anywhere.

He is the full fledged GM of the Miami fricking Dolphins...his duties include:

1. Jelly donuts in Bill's Office 630am sharp.
2. The current copy of the Pony Report in the VIP poop room.
3. Getting to look at film of all potential UDFA from Div II schools.
4. Making sure Soprano has lunch ready.
5. Holding the dinner menu from Mickey Mantle's Steakhouse during the 2nd round of hte draft.
6. Dealing with all Potson represented players.
7. Hanging motivational banners in the locker room. "who's all in" :laugh2:
8. Taking Bill's Caddy to get washed.
9. Sending secret text messages over to the guys still in Dallas.
10.Checking, each morning 632am, that the speed dial to Vinny's house works.

Yeah, I heard an interview with one scout who said he wants to stay in Dallas. Hopefully most of them will. My main point was that I'm sure they will look to fill those spots with guys Ireland has worked with here. Thats not saying they will get any but I'm sure they'll come calling.
