and this is not a Perfect example of a knee jerk reaction......lol

The thing that bothers me the most about posts like this is...

They never ever ever provide any usernames or posts of the people they are talking about. They just say "fans".

Im just asking when you make statements like this that you provide names, frankly, I cant even think of one person here that is going to be wearing a Carolina jersey and rooting for them Saturday...

These are "lightning rod" pods..

exactly.......Disappointment= varied displays of emotion but does not equal a lack of loyalty to our beloved Cowboys.

That's the problem around here- if you ever question the organization or the coaches or the garbage "talent" product on the field you are labeled "a knee jerker," "reactionary," "fair weather," "negative," etc. Some of us just call it like we see it and no, it won't destroy some of us if they lose or not make the playoffs- does that make us lesser fans, just because we have life persepective to know that what happens to this team is not the most important facet of our lives?

I usually like to give things a little time to work, but things like not drafting Merriman is starting to wear on me after 3 years.

I didn't dare question Bill after 2 years of , but now after this third year and we're on the brink of destruction (7-3 to 8-6) it's time to look to the leader for answers.

Let me guess....another one of those "Don't question the organization..." articles?

That's what I was thinking.

It is not only our right but our duty to question leaders.

Parcells isn't always right...in fact he's wrong many times.

We all have PLENTY of reason to question the leaders of this organization.

Take a look at the Boston Red Sox the year that they won the World Series....who was their GM? A young guy in his early 30's....HE put that team together. HE was just a fan like everybody else for a long time till he "lucked" out and got into the position that he did.

Most of us were screaming for T-New to return punts a couple of years ago....BP finally woke up. It was even one of the reasons why we drafted him. Yet it took 3 years for BP to "listen to us fans.".

There are MANY other issues that I and many others feel BP is wrong about. Is BP God? Can we not question a guy that is barely above .500 in winning %?.

Yes, sometimes fans DO know more than the coaches. We are not all intellectual midgets.

We aren't behind the scenes, but sometimes you don't NEED to be.

Trust is a word that BP likes to throw around.....sometimes you have to let the player play in a real game to gain that trust. He's said it before that some players are better game-day players than practice players, yet how does he know if he doesn't let them play in a real game? Last week would have been a good time to figure that out....instead, he lets Bledsoe be the coach and determine for himself that he is staying in the game.

Sometimes, thinking "outside the box" turns you into a winner. Try it once....

Some of you kill me. If Colombo doesn't get in the game, how bad do you think he must be? Perhaps there is a reason for it.

Please, if you watch the Practice every day and attend all practices and meetings, please by all means raise you hand. I will somewhat trust your opinion then.

I seriousle doubt that BP would keep a player out of a game if he could be an improvement to that position. That is just silly. You ask, what could it hurt? Well it could result in more turnovers, other players getting hurt, etc. So it could hurt more. What if he doesn't know the playes he should? Ever think about that. The owners have millions of dollars invested in some of these guys, it wouldn't be good for a 200,000 player to get a 4.5 mil player hurt now would it. Face it we are fielding the best team we can. The grass is not greener on the other side. We were killed by o line injuries this year. No excuse, it is what it is, we are not yet a deep team.

Tucker needed to sit - he was pitiful. If Columbo is active for the game, he should have gone in, otherwise there is no reason to have him active IMO. If you were willing to play him if someone was injured, you should be willing to play him if someone can't do his job!!!!

Life perspective? Sure, I have that.

I realize that Dallas winning games makes my life better. Heck, the Cowboys effect eveyones life. The air is cleaner when Dallas wins. The sky is brighter. The children are happier. When Dallas wins, it makes people better.

When Dallas wins the Superbowl, enjoy it because it will mean that people everywhere will be at their very best. It makes us healthier and smarter. Superbowl championships in Dallas make our lost dogs come back home. They inspire that cute bank teller to give out their number. A Cowboys Superbowl victory makes the economy better. It causes the crime rate to go down except for members of the team.

All in all, the Cowboys are the most imoportant facet of all our lives no matter if you are a fan or not. When they win we all benefit.

putting a guy in for a injured player is diffeent than putting a guy in for a guy playing bad.

How many times have you seen a backup come in and play great, hell even good

If we have someone on our team worse than Tucker, then he needs to be cut immediately.

For all you parcell NUTHUGGERS listen. We will see more 80's giants football next year. BP chose not to bring in veteran help for back ups at oline. He refused to get a qaulity FS. His conservative play calling will continue. I love keys heart, however he is not a premeire receiver anymore and parcells has never viewed big name receivers as a priority.

We pose no threat to DC's because we are predictable and besides glenn we have no deep threat. Witten is under used, we should be killing teams when they blitz with quick slants ala Micheal Irving or dump offs to jay novachek. If they defend the deep pass, kill them with the seam plays, if they blitz slants and draws.

BP will always be ultra conservative " big plays have a potenial for disater!" "you are what your record says you are" Please take this man to task, he is not God! Zimmer, payton, dehaven and sparano suck!!!! These are all parcell men he should be held responsible for his failures as well as his successes.

He did a good job drafting this year. He needs to be a GM somewhere other than dallas. His days as a head coach are far behind him. give him another year and we will still be far away from our goal as SUPERBOWL champions! Mark my words

He actually has a point......We're good at what we do. We analize we talk and we react.

Basically we're all about Flavor of the week, bandwagoners and finger pointers.....:D SAd but true in most cases.
