Look at Penn State's Coach, the College HOFer Joe Paterno. Losing seasons 4 out 5 years. Its been years since the have been competive for a champonship or BCS Bowl..
Granted he was a awesome coach but.. But Penn St. Fans have been calling for him retire for years now......Is Bill Parcels going down the same Road. 1 winning season (not championship) and several losing season's mixed in...... middle of the pack production like he did with the Jets and NE...Great Coach but has time passed him Bye???
