There's NO running game!

absolutely-at times its 1st and 2nd down-RUN then pass or otherwise punt.

There is no OL blocking...that's why we don't have a running game.

expect a major revamping of the o-line in the offseason. This group just can't get it done. They haven't all season.

I agree. You have to have to put a fear in the opponent that you can run.
Not since JJ last year have we scared anybody with the run

We need to draft some Olinemen early this year. Center, Guard, Tackle could all use some help. If Parcells does what he did in 2005 for the defense, for the offense in 2006 were gonna be set for a really long time.

yeah every O-line position needs a upgrade. the only guy who is playing good is LA and he's getting closer to retirement

The Running block is terrible and not to mention Julius Jones isnt having a good year either.

O-line isnt doing good, but i think JJ isnt running good. hes lookin a step slower. i dont see a burst.

Except for Ron Dayne's last run (in which Roy Willams was tackled at the line of scrimmage), we out gained one of the best running attacks in the NFL. How bout some credit to the other team. That was a 9-2 team we played, not the Lions!

Agreed, JJ looks so ordinary out there. Granted the run blocking isn't great, but he doesn't have much of a burst this year and he has two hands on the ball at all times because he seems scared to death to fumble. The rare times he actually gets in the open field, he still is covering up the ball which cuts down on your ability to run freely. JJ's receiving ability also leaves a lot to be desired. He definitely is not natural at catching the ball.

yeah, being hit by two or three guys behind the line tends to erase any burst a RB might have

BP has gotten inside JJ's head so bad about fumbling that it is hurting his running.
Clearly, JJ is still not 100%. BUt Barber did not look good either. THe line is the biggest problem.

I wouldnt be too proud of rushing 30 times for 82 yards! That is horrible against any team. Dallas has ran the ball more times than any team but they are one of the worse in YPC. Dallas is ranked 28th in the NFL in yards per carry, that doesnt cut it.

he wasnt hit by two or three guys behind the line every play. its obvious JJ isnt 100%. even when he gets a good gain, he still doesnt look quite as sharp as he used to.

No they were 8-2 before we couldnt close the game out......3 feet away from being 8-3, give us some credit, we played a hell of a game, we just couldnt close it out again!

every other play perhaps...

come on dude, I have the game on Tivo...I've watched just about every game we've played this yr twice...this is the worst run blocking from this team I've seen since I started watching the team in 1975...

the only thing close is how poor the OL was in 1997...even the 88/89 teams that won a combined 4 games in two years blocked better than this garbage
