You look at the strengths of the teams left.

Two passing-oriented teams and two run-oriented teams.

High power passing offenses have next to nothing in defense, although the Giants are playing well above their regular season level.

Run offenses have great defenses.

It's gonna be high powered offense versus high powered defense for the Superbowl ticket.

Don't think you can ask for more than that.

I think if anything, these playoffs have shown there is more than 1 way to skin a cat. No set philosophy can guarantee you anything.

I'm pulling for the 9ers at this point.

Wouldn't mind a rematch of the Harbaugh Bowl but a 9ers-Patriots game would be good too. Anything but New York.

Somehow I feel we could have made the NYG sit at home, but may be with our secondary and D-L , we couldn't have overcome GB at Lambeau.

In the week 17, at NYG when we were coming back and it was 21-14 , there were some hopes beginning to raise but the giants killed it by the long bomb to V.Cruz. I couldn't stop wondering if we had got the 4th and half yard and scored the TD we could have tied it at 21 . The game could have gone any way. :(

They would have had to stop the Falcons first and no way could I see Dallas even putting up half the effort in Lambeau that the Giants did.

Just wasn't Dallas' year..........again.

Green Bay was miserable yesterday. Drops, fumbles, blown coverages. Any semi-competent team could have beaten them.

Sometimes good teams have bad days at the wrong times. However, I have little doubt that had we beaten the Giants once we'd be the ones heading to SF.

Both rounds have been entertaining with plenty of drama. I think a 9ers vs. Ravens Superbowl would be boring. The Giants vs. Pats would probably be the most entertaining but I'd rather watch 9ers vs. Pats.
