Garrett's complete lack of coaching experience is well documented. That's why Jerry keep protecting him with very experienced staff.

I'd be okay with Garrett learning on the job if his brand of football had some sort of distinct identity but in all these years, I still have no idea what sort of football team he's trying to build. The closest we've come is last year as a running team, but there were always still baffling moments where the team suddenly went pass happy.

If the cowboys win the Superbowl, it'll be in spite of red clapper. If they win the big one, I still want JG fired the next day.

Understand that we have only gotten to the divisional rounds during his tenure. Whether if he's an OC or the HC. We have gone as far as we can with this man. It's time to move on if we can't get to the NFC title game this year. He has been out coached by two rookie head coaches.

If Garrett doesn't leave, it's time for both assistants to go. Marinelli is done as is Linehan.

Being open minded, I think Linehan may be salvageable but not Marinelli. Linehan will call a stinker and then show a glimpse of good things. With Marinelli it's all just a big pile of ****.

I don't blame JG as much as I do that piece of trash Jerry Jones for putting this mess together. His arrogance, stubborness, risks with players, ego and control issues are the main reasons for our lack of success over the past 20 years.

90's championship teams also was based on running game setting up pass. Garrett forgets this EVERY time he has some success.

90'sbteams also knew how to step on opposing teams neck when they had lead. Garrett instills none of that swagger or intensity.

This will make 7 full seasons as the head coach while having good-great QB play with nothing to show to show for it. The expectations were super high this year by most fans and Jerry, like the fanatic he is, also had high hopes. Does yet another 8-8 season and no playoffs finally get him fired? There has to be a breaking point somewhere. They have to realize these coaches are being dragged behind talented players to wins like an anchor. And this isn't reactionary. I've hated the way he operates this team for a long time. They were completely exposed when Romo got hurt and this team looked worse than the Browns the remainder of the season.

I'd really like to go back to a time where I can say damn, they gameplanned the **** out of that game. Don't think I've said that once since Garrett took over.

I say Talent and the surprise of Dak & Zeke caught teams off-guard. No way was that credit for JG.

Sean McVay at 31 yrs old only has 3 yrs less NFL coaching experience than Jason Garrett. How can that be?

Well, despite getting the Rams job at 30, he actually had more coaching experience (he started coaching in 2008) than Garrett did when he took over in 2010 (started coaching in 2005).

Just a little perspective how premature we were giving the keys to this franchise to Garrett and why it will be difficult to find competent assistant coaches - he has no network to choose from.
