... is seriously getting consistent pressure. I cannot wait until the regular season starts!

Still need to see them healthy. Ware is fine. Hope Spence comes back soon. Selvie is good rotating in. Not sure about Wilber yet. Hatcher is his usual beast self. Hayden and Bass should be good rotation guys. Lissemore looks useless. Ratliff is the biggest question mark.

Really? I felt the exact opposite when the starters were in. They could hardly get any pressure allowing Palmer to carv up the middle with Fitzgerald.

With the endless turnovers we've had, you have to credit the defense for putting us in a position to win.

I was just summing up my thoughts of the DL. I like our starters (Ware-Rat-Hatch-Spence) when healthy. I'm comfortable with DTs Bass and Hayden for depth. Lissemore looks like a roster bubble guy. Selvie can make somes plays. Wilber is inconsistent. We still need some more guys for depth though. I'd rather look at the waiver wire for DL depth than OL depth.

I'm pleased with the depth we could possibly have.

I'm pleased with the LB depth and potentially the DL depth. Secondary depth looks like it might be a problem. We really only had 5 guys on our "for sure" list: Clay, Barr, Scan, Moore, Webb. Now it's looking like Webb might be no good. So that leaves us with 4 guys and half of them (Clay and Scan) have injury issues.

Scandrick is injured?

I like our DB depth.

Starters:
Carr
Claiborne

Depth:
OScan
Moore
Webb (good guy to develop).

Safety is more of a worry. I like Church and Allen. Wilcox is coming along. I wish we could keep Johnson healthy.

That team kept attacking the seams over and over again. I thought the MLB all of them were having issues with depth. Could be me but I couldn't believe how wide open guys were for the birds

The middle was wide open. But it's hard to say if that's by poor design...or poor play. Remember, Lee, Hatcher, and Ware all went out
very early in the Cards' second full series.

I thought we had pretty nice pressure most of the game.

This is why it's tough to get an accurate assessment during or just after the game, as opposed to one after the film study. It's like watching a movie, and then watching it again. You usually pick up on stuff you missed the first time, or the initial impression is off to a degree. My take is that you're both right. At times, we got good pressure. At others, we didn't, and Palmer and Fitz burned us. Still, didn't give up a touchdown. Must have been doing something right.

Depth? On defense??? Aside from CB where the heck do you see depth? We have a bunch of guys have done literally nothing on an NFL field behind our starters. An injury at DE, DT, or LB could be crippling.

Holloman makes plays. I think he starts at SAM next year.

That was on the third drive. A lot of key starters were out then
