Hats off to the defensive coordinator, Stewart, whose defense did bend but did not break overall.

I don't know but I sure saw a lot of active secondary people, swarming, and maybe all that disrupted the Dolls who coughed it up agin andn agin.

I think after the 1st drive of the 2nd half the secondary played pretty good. Anthony was breaking on balls, and Jaque made some plays and wasn't completely bailing out. It wasn't perfect but I think it was a step in the right direction, which IMO is confidence. It's a tough spot to be in out there at CB or S in the NFL. If Henry steps his game up like today, TNew starting to feel better I think we will be ok.

Lets also think about the fact that we have a rookie OLB and a new scheme for the front 7, so everyone is still adjusting to actual game speed and situations. I'd love to see us blitz up the middle all game long against the Bears and have sexy Rexy doing what he does best.

I think when T-New gets back this time without him will make the nickel and dime defenses we have better.
