This one feels worse than ‘just a loss’. This team had no answers for what they were getting out there yesterday.

They couldn’t even slow the Saints down.

They look fundamentally flawed out there on defense. Nothing was working.

And our offense clearly couldn’t match their pace. Our offensive tackles struggled repeatedly to pass protect when they had to have it.

It might just be one ‘L’, but it feels bigger than that to me. It feels like this team has some serious issues.

And you're correct, it's more than one loss. We came into the season with questions about our run d, oline, our DC, running backs, and all of those issues are popping up. Nothing was addressed in the off season, and it shows, especially against good teams.

Good thing it only counts as one.

I feels like a realization that this team doesn't have the talent or coaching to do much of anything noteworthy. He K, at this point it would be an accomplishment for them to get 12 wins.

The Cleveland win masked a few issues.

Technically it all was addressed. Think about it. Think about the "all in" comment at the beginning of the year. Then when nothing happened, people started dog piling on the Jones Boys. Now Jerry starts snapping back at fans and the Cowboys win big versus the Browns. However, now we see what this team really is. It's completely mismanaged my two goofs that don't really know all that much about football. Jerry and his idiot son really think they know more than anyone else. Well here it is; their total football knowledge on full display.

It's not even that we lose it's HOW WE lose, when we lose like this we look lost, confused out played and like we're a pee wee team just learning how to play
I watched Bengals lose. But not the way we did. It most certainly is not about "losing". It's being totally smeared from the get go to the end in nearly every aspect of the game.

At least with...the former QB... we often had a shot at it in the end.

Why must our losses be in embarrassing fashion?? I know we will have some losses....all teams do....but, by golly, when we lose, we got to do it big!! Yesterday, it looked like all the players had a case of amnesia regarding the fundamentals of football. Not sure how to explain this. Players? Coaches? Opponent? All the above? It's just so frustrating to see your team get smacked so hard in the backside!! I hope I don't have to see another game like this anytime soon. We need to get that sour taste out of our mouths. I want to see this team destroy the Ravens!! Will that happen? I doubt it....but I hope they play a whole lot better than what I saw yesterday!!!

It was full blown exposure. Any coaching staff worth their salt will know exactly how to attack and beat this team.

Dak needs to have an amazing year to keep us competitive against good teams, but he’ll fail because he’s not that kind of player. He’s actually a complementary player that requires a good running game and elite WR’s.

Not amnesia at all.

They remembered how to play like against Green bay last year. Same deal.

it was definitely another classic “off week”. Having said that you look at the snap counts that @Bobhaze posted and it leaves you shaking your head. Overshown only with 18 snaps? Deuce and Dowdle playing more than Zeke? Thomas at Safety a lot? Thomas at Kick returner opposite Turp? They kicked it to him all game!

it sure sucks but at least i can turn it off and do something else

Watching a close game just for us to lose on a dumb penalty or heartbreaker is worse

Id rather not have either but at least i get some of my sunday back

Dude, it's just week 2. Relax. No one likes this. If this was week 8, It would be totally different.
