I agree that neither defense is going to stop the other's offense, so the game is going to come down to who makes a mistake. Could be the quarterback, could be a receiver, could be a running back, could be a blocker, could be a coach. Against Denver, multiple players, including the quarterback, were responsible for the failure. But that's generally the way it works.

That's a ridiculous statement. Mahomes has been making mistakes against secondaries all season. Have you seen how terrible he has been this season? It wasn't just an outlier here or there, it's been most of the season. If anything, his recent good game against the Raiders was the outlier. He's going to be under pressure by the Cowboys to do anything. I see him turning the ball over a few times.

Dak on the other hand has had the one bad game against the Broncos which was certainly an outlier. Dak will carve up the KC secondary like a Thanksgiving turkey.
