This game was deeply disturbing

We came out trying to play the EXACT same game as if we had Zeke /Tyron offensively. We continued to do so even after it was apparent that plan would not work.

It's concerning because either the staff genuinely thought there would be no drop off or was simply incapable of coming up with a plan to compensate.

We didn't play well, but the players were not put in a position to succeed.

I just texted a buddy almost the exact same thing. This is by FAR the most disturbing part of all of this.

This coaching staff sees guys like Chaz Green and Jaylon Smith play on a daily basis and they were ok with just plugging them in and playing? I'm stunned. Truly stunned.

I never make excuses for the staff and especially not Garett, but I actually prefer them trying to establish the replacements than be predictable. It didn’t work and momentum was lost early. Didn’t help that the refs seemed to be wearing black and red, but yeah. Game sucked. Bleh

Taking into account our game planning, adjustments, and overall results, these coaches don’t strike me as the hardest workers.

I bet Garrett rarely studies film. Even Romo said, “he’s not really an X’s and O’s Schematics kind of coach, he’s more about culture and how to act.”

What game were you watching? We gave the ball to our running backs 7 times in the first half. That's not at all how we played with Zeke. Instead, we got pass happy even as it became apparent Chaz Green couldn't protect Dak.

When we ran the ball in the 3rd quarter we marched down the field, until trying a first down pass in the red zone. Green burnt, sack, drive killed, Nuge missed the FG.

Game over.
