This game was deeply disturbing

We came out trying to play the EXACT same game as if we had Zeke /Tyron offensively. We continued to do so even after it was apparent that plan would not work.

It's concerning because either the staff genuinely thought there would be no drop off or was simply incapable of coming up with a plan to compensate.

We didn't play well, but the players were not put in a position to succeed.

Post of the season

How many plays did we have where the receivers didn't all go 10+ yards down the field? Better coaches could have won today. Replace Jaylon and Chaz, and not have 5 step drops when the line is struggling, and this is a lot closer. I hate these coaches

Garrett and his next man up when what we really need is next coach up.

How is it disturbing? It was known Garrett and this staff are morons. They have no idea how to adjust or make gameplans according to the situation.

The staff isn't nearly as awful as many here would believe (awful coaches don't have multiple 12+ win seasons in the NFL), and the game plan last week was fantastic.

This game however was a systemic failure from everyone involved.

This offseason needs to be a total house cleaning when it comes to the coaching staff. Starting at the top.

Won’t happen, the top is to busy with their Al Davis like mission

Yep, Art Briles is on speed dial. He is Jerry's buddy and will fix everything.

Dallas played on of the best teams they'e played and weren't up to the challenge. Not really a suprise.

I couldn't agree more. I've been a fan since the 70's, and I can't believe what I was watching today and inability of this coaching staff to see the issues with the OL today. You're right, they see these guys everyday at practice. Either they are completely clueless or just delusional.

I don't blame the Def as much. No player on this team can replace Sean Lee, but J. Smith isn't ready to play. Shouldn't be on the field.

Having Zeke today would have made absolutely no difference. Chaz Green and the coaching staff's inability to give him help was clearly the biggest problem here. They allowed an average Defensive player look like a superstar today. It unbelievable.

There isn't a real legitimate argument on whether JG is "awful", I agree with you.

Having said that, now in year 7 with JG at the helm, the team has never had back to back winning seasons.

I also don't think there is a legitimate argument to be made that JG is either "good" or "great".

Anybody remember the thread from the beginning of the season arguing JG was "elite"? Good times...

No adjustments from Marinelli at half. Nothing from Linehan in the passing game.

Only thing that changed was they went 3 TEs and ran the ball but the moment they dropped back, Linehan had Green on an island and Prescott got killed and we couldn't go back to running the ball.

I'll say it for the billionth time. Garrett is not a "bad" coach. But he's not a good one either. This team will never, ever, ever be a NFC Champ under him. And what really sucks and really makes me wonder if I should even waste a lot more time on this franchise is that the Jones family is completely and utterly incapable of acknowledging that very simple fact.

The sad fact of the matter is Romo made up for a ton of warts on this coaching staff.

Dak is trying. But he just can't. Not without Zeke. And not yet regardless.
