This is going to be a Looong Two Weeks

Man,With everything I'm reading on this forum recently ,I'm not sure I can take it for the next two weeks.
I mean I know we played pretty lousy recently ,but come on now.
We're afraid to face the gints, we're afraid to face the forskins, and T.B.'s "D" is great and Garcia will light us up.

I can understand being concerned because of our last few games , but now we're wondering what to do with Romo if we lose??:bang2:

When all was going well, JG was terrific ,now he aint, and Wade was the Man, and now HE aint.

I just think for the next two weeks it's going to be a Roller Coaster ride around here.Not sure I can take the ups and downs.
I'll stick around for the ride as a Boys fan , but I hope I don't uke:

I agree it is going to be a long wait if this board continues like this. You would think we were some 8-8 team or worse who just sneaked it's way into the playoffs.

Perhaps a little controversy and media-driven doubt will help the Cowboys maintain their focus. After all, for all this talk of momentum going into the playoffs, the Chargers lost their first playoff game last season despite a 14-2 record and a 10 game winning streak to end the season.

I got your point and I agree with you. It gets ridiculous around here at times. I'm still wondering why anybody would be concerned about the loss to the Foreskins. It was TOTALLY MEANINGLESS!!!! Amazing!!

I think the majority of those people are trolls, so don fret. Isn't it amazing that most of them just decided to join the board recently, and their first posts are, "it's the end of the world!" Also note, whenever I see a fan that quits a team, for some reason they say, "I've been a fan for 30 years"

Yea, I mean I think we have a terrific opportunity and some here are talking about what we need to put us over the top NEXT year.
Like I said previously I know we haven't played well lately ,but with a full compliment of players, home field advantage and something to play for ,I give us more than a fighting chance to get to Arizona.

Another problem here is we answer The Trolls that lurk around, I've always believed that you should ignore ignorance and it will go away.

It all goes back to "Any Given Sunday". The only thing the regular season is for is a preview of possible things to come as well as who has the best opportunity to win the Big One. We all start with the same record now so anything is possible at this point. The only thing the season showed us is who has a better chance on that "Given Sunday" than others-but its still anybody's ballgame...

No doubt about it. I love having the week off and allowing players time to heal the bumps and bruises of the season. In the meantime I get to sit back and watch these other teams beat each other up.

I think this team is right where they want to be. At the start of the season Dallas set down some goals they wanted to achive. Win the NFC East they did, earn a bye week they did and then earn the HFA throughout the playsoffs and they did. Everything thus far that were set goals for the reg season they have achived. No doubt more is ahead of them but this team will rally around each other to accomplish their goals.
