This is insane!

My thread has been moved to opinions zone because apparently what a Commander views is an opinion. But on the matter, he is a cancer, a cancerous tumor, and he will take your team apart. I would be saying the same thing if he were to be on the Skins.

I don't know the circumstances behind your post being moved, they get moved all the time, like if there are too many TO threads etc. Anyway, I agree TO is a cancer and could possibly tear our team apart. No argument there, he COULD tear this team apart. I don't want him here, but who knows if Parcells can handle him. No one has been able to do so yet.

I did change my sig, bc I went overboard, but my thread was not trash.

But seriously as a Commanders fan, I am glad you might get TO. He could tear us up, but he could as easily destroy your team. Its a coin flip I am willing to accept anyday.

I still don't want him.

It was tough enough rooting for the 2004 team, with a bunch of guys I simply couldn't relate to...Vinny, Eddie George, Dedric Ward, et al...Last season was better because we had an influx of young talent from the draft.

But TO is a different story. He is a hated rival. And one who made a point of trying to embarass this franchise. I had not love for Eddie George, Marcellus Wiley and friends but I didn't dislike them.

If Owens ends up here, I'll go through the season on cruise control. But it is getting more and more difficult to be passionate about this team.

Of course, if he does an about face as a human being, that might be a different story. But that ain't gonna happen.

Whoever posted to sign Moulds and draft Maurice Stovall.... :laugh2:

Why would you want to take a LESS explosive playmaker on offense and draft an EXACT Keyshawn clone in Stovall who runs in high 4.5's , low 4.6. If Big D shys away from T.O., Draft a stud not a dud.

I'd even take all 5'7/8 of Sinorce Moss than draft Stovall. receivers in this league have to seperate or have a QB that can put it right on you. Few have been able to do so with limited athletic ability and have relied on precise route running. Stovall might be a decent possesion receiver but never a true #1. 3 years of underachieving and one good year in a Charlie Weiss offense shouldnt sell anyone.

Let's see. TO on one side - Glenn on the other.. Witten coming down the middle of the field, and Crayton slipping in to the edges. JJ running wild, and Bledsoe happier-n-a hogg in dogg crap..:)

I was against it. I am against it. I will ALWAYS be against it.

TO is a jackass and does NOT represent the Cowboys.

Imagine for a second TO playing for the late, great Tom Landry. If you can imagine that sort of complete selfishness being tolerated by a legend like Landry then maybe you can see TO in a Cowboys uniform.

But I can't, and I never will. This may be the straw that breaks the camel's back for me. I got past the way Jones treated Landry, but this may be it.

Question for you Dave... You going to drop your team over a signing??? Going to go put your David Carr jersey and hope Reggie Bush comes to Houston?? I'm sure Jerry gives a Flying F what you think about the future of the Cowboys or what YOU might personally feel about his moves to make the team an immediate superbowl contender. BP didnt extend to watch Patrick Crayton be an arm tackle away from fumbling the game away. The problem with your mentality is that Tom Landry isnt here and hasnt been for some time. Things have changed in todays game and Jerry wants to win and will build HIS team as he sees fit. All we can do is Cheer for the product he puts out. If you jump ship because of his possible T.O. move breaks the camel back, then I hope you SINK

Parcells wants to win now.......

Bring TO in......he is a playmaker......Football is a business now.....there is no more loyalty now.....once the cap came into effect.....likes of Norton defected to our heated rival the 49's.....Prime Time came a Cowboy.

Bill is too old to lose.......its not the first time we brought in rejects of other teams.

Its not like all our great Cowboys of the past have been saints....

Haley was such a cancer in the locker room that the 49's traded him to their rivals the Cowboys. No one complained then.....in facted we praised the deal....seeing how it put our defence over the top.

In Bill we trust........

But then again.....I predicted Bill will leave here as a 500 coach.

Ill admit i didnt want him n now do...However, we have to do something to improve this team and other options have passed, its time to make a splash, n then..well pray

It's like Doomsday101 said eariler today. He didn't like Duane Thomas. He's always liked the team. I can like the team while still disliking TO. I was never that big on Keyshawn, but I dealt with him being here. If TO comes, and it is still an if at this point, I'll deal with it. I'm never going to like him. It won't matter how good he is.
Ditto. Thanks Hostile! At last a voice of reason!

I can't even read that.

I'll never understand why people feel the need to bold their entire posts, use a different color, or font.

I give Doomsday the greater credit for the thought. It is how I feel, but he expressed it so well.

Come on- you're comparing Charles Haley to TO? Not even in the same ballpark. Owens is in a class by himself as far as a cancer on team goes. I thought Keyshawn was a headcase (and he is without Parcells by his side) but the idea of Owens in Cowboy uniform makes me want Keyshawn to stay. At least I know what I'm getting from Keyshawn+ Parcells. Owens+Parcells? Nobody knows.

Beware when you make a deal with the Devil. He usually wins in the end.

I just hope if we get him he shapes up and stops acting like a 5 year old. Say what you want about Key, he was a warrior and became a leader.

if 2 months ago people were asked about T.O. coming to dallas, 90% of us were against it and labeled him a cancer. Now look at us, we're all hoping and praying we sign the guy. Simply because our front office has been so cheap in FA and signed virtually nobody yet let some solid players like glover, campbell, and keyshawn hit the door. this might be worse than the FA a couple years ago where we got vinny and eddie.
You are not as good of a mind reader as you think.

yea look at you guys jumping on the bandwagon....I'm proud to say I was always for T.O comming to Dallas so Yea, nothing new for me.
